I will say the final product (a Mattress) is excellent, well made and of good quality, though getting it was problematic.The mattress was the wrong height when it eventually arrived but to be fair Ship Shape offered a good solution free of charge to solve that so we cannot fault the service.Be sure to provide a good land based address for delivery as this can be extremely difficult if you live on a boat and don't have one.

Having bought Ship Shape fitted sheets in the past I was familiar with the quality to expect and have not been disappointed with my latest order. V shaped Duvet, duvet covers and sheets as expected. Not happy! Sold mattress at the boat show, taken 6 months to get it made and now had to pay nearly the same cost in shipping, duty and fees for Ship Shape to ship to France! Have yet to assess if size and quality of mattress is as sold…. not good.

We ordered a V berth mattress for our boat. We do not live on the boat so there had to be some coordination between manufacture and delivery to the marina to coincide with us being there. That all fell into place today with delivery by Tuffnells. The staff at Shipshape have been very helpful and the finished product is exactly to our specifications. The kit sent out for measuring had easy to follow instructions and a template to cut round. We wanted a slightly different shaped insert to allow for access to a cupboard and our instructions were accurately executed. All in all we are very pleased with the service, product and value.

They produced and supplied some excellent upholstery at a good price and in a reasonable time frame. The quality of the work was exceptional and the staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend them and would certainly use them again.

Really good company to deal with. They adapted one of their “standard” mattress offerings to our requirements since we wanted a very, very firm orthopaedic style and without memory foam for our campervan.They also took time to double check with me my measurements as the mattress itself was totally custom sized to fit the campervan and also had a side cut out in it.They also managed to accelerate delivery of it to us so that we received it just before a long trip which was excellent. The new mattress itself is really good, an exact fit, very high quality and has a perfect firmness (for my wife's back) and is still comfortable having slept on it now on a three week trip.

Absolutely brilliant sprung mattress for our yacht. Top quality and extremely comfortable.Easy to measure using the template. It fits perfectly.It was delivered exactly on the date they said it would be on ordering. Highly recommended.
