Very efficient. David was lovely and was always at the end of the phone to answer queries. Communication excellent. Tried a different agent in the area which was a disaster but now my house has sold. Lots of viewings so that shows you that the marketing was good and in this climate that counts. Would highly recommend!

Wow!!What can I say about my experience with Churchill’s South Woodford. It has been a breath of fresh air dealing with Phil and the team.Phil and the team have gone above and beyond the call of duty to get us across the line, with both the sale and purchase of my new home. He has kept myself and my ex completely updated at every stage while dealing with an unusually large chain I believe six in total.
