Excellent company to deal with from start to finish. I booked to have my ventilation system serviced but I had to change the time of my appointment, Service Vent went out of their way to accommodate this which I was very grateful for. The engineer was very professional and a pleasure to have in my property. I will be recommending to all my neighbours.

I recently arranged a service on an Nuaire MRXBOX95 through the office of Service Vent. The communication I received from the office was excellent, giving excellent customer service. Dan, the engineer arrived on time, making him own parking arrangements, a big plus, and carried out a full service on the system. He was very pleasant and professional, explaining every procedure as he went along. In conclusion I would highly recommend Service Vent.

Great service from the office team who handled a group booking for several tenants in same development, very accomodating and clear in communications. Also excellent service in-person - we found Ben to be extremely pleasant, efficient and professional, we really appreciated how thorough he was and how well he communicated what he was doing to our ventilation system. I would highly recommend Servicevent to friends and family.

Dan came to service our titon system. He was very friendly, polite and informative, explaining what he was doing along the way. Amazing service and very efficient. I would 100% recommend service vent. A huge plus also was no invoice before work was done which was a big green flag and went along way with trust. Dan, your engineer, completed a model HRV3Q Plus ventilation service for us in September. He was polite and conducted his work in a considerate and efficient way. We were impressed by his attitude and service.

Didn't do much besides wipe with a cloth. Didn't use available parking and charged us £24 to park. Wouldn't recommend.Response to be less vague: ZERO works took place due to model type". Only a wipe of room diffusers and an airflow test. Neighbour confirmed parking was available all morning so £24 was avoidable. Willing to go into more detail of issues if pressed to do so."
