Walk in as a group of 6. Aprox 4pm. No table available, not allowed to prebook.Had to wait 30 mins while snaller groups went ahead. Welcome girl on the door taking walk ins looked like she was getting ready to leave, had a puffa coat on and training shoes the whole time. She was pleasant enough (not overly forthcoming or confident tho). She looked scruffy to me and not a good first impression of the company.While waiting for a table Couldn't order drinks to be added to a bill.When finally seated had to order via an app from the table. So had to decide all food in one go! Then after that which was stressful doing everyone's order we couldn't pay via the app with our meal gift cards! So had to then go over the order again at the till.Had to get your own cutlery, sauces, napkins!What a joke.Going out should be a pleasant experience of being waited on and having a personal touch. Found it quite stressful and all we wanted was to relax and enjoy the company of friends while being served a delicious meal.Won't be back. This is not eatimg out in style its eatimg out vile (tho the food was tasty)The staff were plesant enough but they don't really do much as its more do it yourself.Couldn't leave a tip unless it was for our own hard work lol!I think the whole experience needs to be looked at , can i suggest a choice of service, while i appreciate some people are happy to do all the work i certain wasn'tI wait on people enough at home i dont expect to do it out.Marie Norwich

They found me a table really quickly, ordering online was ok, but would rather have ordered from a real person.Drink came quickly, and I didn't have to wait long for the Sunset Burger. I was very disappointed in the Burger as the bottom bun and bottom layer of the chicken was really tough and almost impossible to cut. Not sure what went wrong. Flavours were good though. Not easy to eat as a Burger as everything just slipped out to the sides and made a real mess.

Always a delight to visit Nando’s. The food is amazing and the service is great. Slight smaller than the other outlets that I’ve visited. Was pretty busy as usual but managed to get a seat soon. Would defend recommend.

When you arrive at this restaurant almost 90% of the time you are asked for you name and phone number and they will phone you in half an hour when they have a table for youI think maybe they do have availability but don't like to fill up the inside and outsideSo like usual we go and sit down in the whetherspoons and wait for the tableYou are made to order everything through your phone unless you have no idea what you're doing they will take your orders at the counter if you wait there long enoughThe food took ages to arrive almost 45 minutes which was ridiculous as it wasn't too busy when we were seatedWe did sit outside and it was getting late and darker and colder by the minuteI asked the server for mayo and they brought 2 pots overAfter I used it I asked a lady for some more and she must have forgottenI then had to get up and go inside to queue up and ask for some moreThe young staff members seem more interested in having a chat than doing a good jobIt doesn't take two young girls to clear one small table.The food when it did arrive was hot and delicious as always

We just came here on Saturday night for a takeaway. Came in to collect and staff were friendly. Service was fairly quick even though it was busy. Food as usual from nandos was very good. Not much else to say but if you like nandos then you know whats here!

The food have good flavours. However, it was only just warm the time it hit our table. We were the first to arrive so was not busy, so could not understand how this happened. Everything about the experience was sort of average or sightly worse.

A 15 min wait for a table inside and then playing with the app just to order, did take a little of the magic and shine of the Nandos brand i visited a few years ago.was told no paper menus" as my phone cracked and I was struggling.. yet on leaving a huge pile was at the door. Visually with children

Absolutely brilliant! They fitted us in with a little bit of a wait which we were expecting as a party of 10, easily ordered our food all of which was cooked beautifully and not a long wait at all, I myself had the butterfly chicken with hot sauce, creamy mash and long stem broccoli which was so nice and definitely no left over by the kids and that’s saying something!! staff made our visit all the more by accommodating all silly questions from 7 over excited 12-13 years olds, so nice to see such happy helpful staff
