I'm in the launderette now. Have put my money in the machine and nothing is happening. There is no-one on site to help other than a mobile number on a for sale sign. Absolutely disgusting

Loaded the machine. Put money in. Nothing happened. Took my dirty washing home and handwashed it. Waste of time, money and detergent. Horrible experience. Will never visit again.

Service is awful - no one there to help and no bell to ring for someone to come and assist. There are also no machines to give you change and machines only take coins and no-one to give you change. At £6 per wash (not including laundry powder / softener), you'd expect better service!

DO NOT USE THIS LAUNDERETTE. I have just lost £5 putting into the washing machine. Nothing happened and there is no supervisor to speak to. Told to knock at blue door no.372 no answer.

Great big machine so you can get cover's nice and clean and it's clean and tidy at the best of times

Youths and homeless people come here in numbers. It feels frightening to be inside. Had our money stolen here and wet washing was thrown out by a gang of youths TODAY who put their own washing in .
