The Bike

An outstanding service as I purchased my bike recently and I would highly recommend as i bought my bike at such a decent price in comparison to others.

Had my bike booked in from the government £50 voucher scheme and I was told the rest wheel had a tube replacement. Not used bike since it was serviced and tyre has gone flat. So work wasn't completed as stated. Now wondering what other stuff they didn't doEDIT: After making contact with Bike Lab. They agreed to refund the work that was done. Thank you Bike Lab for making contact and refunding

Could easily have charged me for a more expensive part but didnt. excellent silver service bike rides better than ever. Bike was returned so clean and shiny i thought id had someone else's bike by mistake. excellent all round

Fantastic professional local service, had my mountain bike serviced, new chain, inner tubes etc. Kulwinder & his staff did a wonderful job bike came back cleaned & polished like new

I looked everywhere for a Brand New Trek Roscoe 8 with an XL frame nowhere in stock long waiting lists.i contacted The Bike Lab they got one and assembled it for me. They have one happy customer I will be back for an annual service!!
