Good service, very helpful lady. They found a black tie outfit even for significantly-out-of-shape me.

They did such a great job sorting out the suits and the lady who did the suit fitting was just the best.

Hired a suit for a funeral for my partner. Both ladies I dealt with very polite and accommodating.Suit fit wonderfully. Price was more than reasonable. Supporting a smaller business and will definitely go back for anymore hiring needs. Not the best of pictures and did come with a tie but this is all I could muster on the day.

Excellent service from Pauline who really made sure everything fitted perfectly and also complemented my partners dress as well. Also incredibly accommodating with my last minute hire. Many thanks. Highly recommend.

DO NOT USE! - Absolutely disgraceful experience using this company. On the face of it they claim to be a professional friendly and personal business having met them at a wedding fair and selecting them to be our suit supplier, but behind the scenes they have an extremely rude and abrasive employee, cheap quality suits and overall uncaring attitude towards their customers.We ordered 4 suits for our wedding and arranged to go down for a fitting. From the initial phone call to this business I should have had an alarm bell, the phone was answered in an abrupt “hello” and I had to ask that if had had called the right place.Upon attending the fitting a what seemed experienced lady measured the party up but we felt she was under pressure and annoyed we were all in the shop even though they requested we all come down at a selected time, this again should have been a second red flag as once suits were decided and deposits paid her mood cheered up.Then the real problems started, we went to collect our suits 3 days before our wedding (they wanted us to collect 2 days before) even though I kept checking that I would rather collect a week in advance in case of problems.On returning home with the suits (as they don’t like you trying them on there and waiting an extra 2 hours from our collection time because said lady told us the wrong time) we found the suit trousers were too short and did not fit. Also a shirt was incorrect on one and the cuff links we incorrect too. With just 3 days to go we called first thing the next morning where my wife was told to not tell her boss about the suit trousers being too short as she would get in trouble.We had to alter all the trousers ourselves of which they kept thanking us and make a second trip down to collect the correct cuff links and shirt and another pair of trousers as the waist size was wrong on one pair - even the replacement was wrong as it was too long.Luckily I met the owner and took great pleasure in telling her about her lady’s mistake especially as she had tried to keep it quiet which was unprofessional.Needless to say we fixed our £600 worth of suit trousers ourselves and upon returning the lady had obviously been spoken to by her boss about it as she became extremely confrontational and rude, this woman should not be customer facing. They offered me £50 and that was it.In short sadly I am supporter of independent businesses but PLEASE do not add any stress to your wedding planning by using this company, they really do not know what they are doing. And if the owner of this business sees this review, you were lovely but you may want to think about who you are employing in your business as she is not good for you.

I used Tuppers Tux for my wedding suit and groomsmen's suits in 2021 during covid restrictions. I found both ladies to be absolutely brilliant. They were professional throughout as well as down to earth realistic people. They accommodated all of us on separate timings due to work, life commitments, awkward sizing and still had us all looking sharp for the day. All of this and they still beat any local tailors price too. I definitely recommend Tuppers Tux

Do Not Use!!The service we received was horrendous. The staff are rude and disorganised. It made getting suits for our wedding very stressful. When we picked up my husbands suit ,it didn't fit. The trousers were miles to big. This was days before our wedding. Thankfully we have a family member who has been a professional seamstress. She had to completely re tailor them to him. This involved many hours of her time. As professionals " in the shop

Recently acquired some suits for my wedding and can’t thank the Tupper Tux team enough.Was very stressful time, trying to find the perfect fit for us but they put us at ease.Had a couple of good sessions there, as I wanted to make sure everything was perfect for the big day.Can’t recommend enough
