Just been to Sarah's hip and knee workshop. I'd give 10 stars if I could. It was exactly what I wanted - a series of really well-explained exercises performed in class, but with a hard copy to take away and use at home. The atmosphere was really friendly, and you could ask questions about your specific issues. It was a small class size and Sarah spent lots of time with everyone individually. I'm not going to lie, it was tough, but I came out feeling really good. Would 100% recommend to others.

I loved going to post natal pilates with Sarah after the birth of my first child, and I'm happy to have started antenatal classes recently with my second child. The classes are really fun and Sarah makes everyone comfortable no matter what stage they are at or how good at pilates they are!

Im SO happy I found SR Pilates! Now every week I look forward to going as I feel so good afterwards. Sarah is brilliant, its a really friendly and fun class and felt at ease straight away even though I was a total beginner. Id recommend these classes to anyone of any ability (and have recommended to my friends!) I can tell the difference in my flexibility already and really love it when we revisit something I found hard a few weeks ago but now can do it more easily. Absolutely brilliant!

I started in Sarah’s post natal class and graduated to the mixed ability about a year ago. I absolutely love the classes - Sarah is a brilliant instructor and she makes sure there are a great mix of regular and new exercises. You can go at your own pace and it’s so satisfying seeing small improvements every week. I’ve finally found a type of exercise I love doing - I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the class!

Having previously attended Sarah's antenatal and postnatal pilates classes, I knew I wanted to return as she is such a good tutor! I now attend Sarah's mixed ability class and love them. She explains everything so well and never makes you feel silly, adapting the exercises for everyone's individual abilities. The classes have made me more aware of my posture, improved my core strength and balance - Sarah's Saturday morning classes are always a welcome start to my weekend.

I book on Sarah's class after having my 2 children, when a friend recommended it to me. I was skeptical at first after always thinking you needed to work up a sweat to get a good work out and tone up. However, Sarah has proved me wrong and her class is amazing. She is very professional but makes the class fun at the same time. I can definitely see the results and I love going to the class.

I never committed to anything like Pilates previously as I felt it wasn’t ‘exercise’ and I always focussed on cardio when I had time to exercise. I decided while on maternity leave and following the birth of my daughter that I would give some time to strengthening my core and body generally to help with recovery so signed up to Sarah’s post natal classes. With some long term left sided weakness (having been born with this) I always worried about looking stupid at classes that require strength and balance, but Sarah is amazing and her classes are great. She is so friendly, welcoming and supportive in a gentle encouraging way I have felt nothing but supported. Sarah’s Thursday morning class is a very enjoyable part of my week and my body is starting to feel stronger for committing! The babies are also very much welcomed and Sarah is always happy to help with them if they are unsettled to allow you to focus on doing the Pilates class…. Sarah is often entertaining 4 babies at a time! We also end up chatting about general parenting / mum things and Sarah makes it all seem normal, even if you’re having a bad day! Highly recommend!

I absolutely loved doing prenatal pilates with Sarah from 14 weeks all the way through to the day before I went into labour! She is a fantastic and super supportive teacher who offers classes that really make you feel like you're helping your body prepare. It's also a great way to meet other mums. I'm so happy to have found SR Pilates

I was at first nervous to attend a group setting and with a rather fussy baby too but I need-ant be, Sarah and the whole class so welcoming and relaxed to work around if baby needs some attention. The postnatal Pilates classes really help me build back up my strength after having my baby, and also help with some of my back problems in the process.The studio is beautiful, Sarah is very welcoming and friendly.
