Wickes Worcester

Needed some paint for drifferent rooms so different shades were needed- staff were so helpful - Dave and Keely specially - - thanks

Got there at 3:50pm on Sunday when it states they close at 4pm. I needed to run in and grab 1 wire instead the shutters were already down and sat outside about 4/5 staff. Closing time should be at 4pm as stated not 10 minutes early!

Fairly new designed store that is very open plan so you can see most of what you need. Staff are very friendly and assist when needed.

I bought some paint and unfortunately bought the wrong colour. Took it back in thinking it would be a quick swop. No. Store policy blah blah blah. It's like wickes doesn't want customers sometimes.

My Husband and I bought a bathroom suite from Wickes. Everything was great until we came to the fitting of the Radli sink - the brackets were wrong so we couldn’t hang it on the wall. Spoke to Wickes customer service twice and both times, they sent us the same brackets out, so we now had three sets of wrong brackets! Went in to store and checked out the display model and the bracket was nothing like the three we now had at home. We asked a guy called Andy to help us and he sent another message toWickes customer services and told us he would let us know what was happening. Four days went by… went back in to store and he had not heard anything. The level of customer service is an absolute joke and I honestly wish we had gone elsewhere for the entire suite. Two weeks on and the brackets still haven’t arrived - we got some from Amazon in the end! Wouldn’t recommend Wickes to anyone thinking of a new bathroom. We’re so glad we didn’t get our kitchen with them!

I have been incredibly disappointed with Wickes while going through the stages of planning my bathroom. During the measuring of my current bathroom the designer did not listen to what I want my future bathroom to look like, which was evident during the design appointment a week later where they showed me the design of my existing bathroom as they had ‘forgotten’ what I had said during the measuring appointment. Despite this, I have tried to continue the design process, however I have received no email replies to any of my emails and when I call there has been no response despite being told I will be called back the same day. Extremely disappointing service, particularly as I was keen on working with Wickes however I see no choice but to now move on to a more professional and responsive company.

It's nearby, close to the city centre. (5 minutes walk) and has good opening hours. Useful for bits and pieces needed quickly for house and garden, but I'd certainly shop around for bigger jobs. Plenty of parking.

I found the service to be fine and they had exactly what I needed when I needed it. Easy to find and parking aplenty available. Fair prices to boot.

Useless! Turn up for a click and collect and get told will have to go get it myself as they have not had time to collect it! I'm stood looking at 6 yes 6 members of staff having a chat behind the counter. Ooo and to top it off below is a photo of how they do it right" as their advert claims. Storing stud work timber in puddles. Quality idea wickes!"
