We recently had a kitchen extension & our builder arranged for The Great Big Window Co to install the windows & back door. Mark came out to measure up & chat to us re the style etc. He was very courteous, friendly & professional. Not at all pushy. The windows & door were duly installed by a great couple of guys, they were, again, professional & hard working.We recently decided to have new front windows so didn’t hesitate in giving Mark a call ! He came out & talked us through the difference & benefits between double & triple glazing. We live adjacent to a busy road & experience a lot of traffic noise. The quotes were very reasonable so we decided to go with the triple glazing.We were given a fitting date which was approximately 6 weeks ahead. The day arrived & it was pouring with rain, we didn’t really expect to have the fitting done but no…the guys arrived at 8am ready to start, it was the same guys that had done the kitchen. They used plenty of dust sheets and the removal of the old windows & installation of the new ones was carried out with hardly any disruption to us. We kept them topped up with plenty of tea & biscuits, the poor guy who was doing all the outside work was soaked but they just got on with the job non-stop. They were friendly, courteous & did an amazing job. They cleaned up & hoovered & made sure that the windows were clean & gleaming before they left.I received a follow up call the next day from Ray to make sure that we were happy with all aspects of the installation.I would have no hesitation at all in recommending Mark, Ray & the Great Big Window company to anyone. They are a great company in every way !!

I was recently looking for a reputable window company to fit some new windows and was recommended The Great Big Window Company by a friend. I initially obtained several quotes but decided to go with the recommendation. Having now had my windows fitted, I am really glad I did.From our initial contact with Ray, who came out to price up the job, to the surveyor (Shaun) and the lads who fitted the windows I was very impressed.When Ray came out he brought a unit to demonstrate the quality of the product (some hadn't) and also provided several options and ideas we hadn't thought about for different windows. At no time did we feel pressured to make a purchase.Ray explained that the quote wouldn't necessarily be our cheapest but stated it was a quality product. Yes, it was true we did obtain cheaper quotes but also more expensive ones too, but as Ray had stated the quality of the windows was excellent.The two fitters that came out (Nigel and Josh) were great lads.They were really friendly, helpful and professional. They never stopped working for the two days they were here. They were respectful of my property and ensured sheets were in place to prevent any dust whilst working, especially when cutting out some brickwork.I would highly recommend The Great Big Window Company and will be to my friends and family.10/10

We had windows and doors fitted and from start to finish was such a simple experience. We were kept In formed all the time and the fitters were amazing so helpful and did such a professional job they were called Russell and Craig.Would recommend this Company to anyone.

I had The Great Big Window Company instal a new composite stable door. From the initial contact with Ray through to the survey and installation everything ran smoothly and my new door looks great.I would recommend Ray and his team.

I had my windows and doors fitted in 2020. The service and product was excellent. Fitter very good, arrived on time not dirt no fuss.In 2023 I had to call The big window company with for a issue with my door. No problem no fuss, an engineer called to our home on time and sorted everything out without cost. FANTASTIC COMPANY.

I had several quotes for new windows and doors (as you usually do with big jobs) but of all the companies the great big window company stood out. I was not hassled at any point for a sale, on quotation I felt no pressure and Ray was really down to earth. The fitters were friendly and polite, cleaned up after the job (including hoovering). The quality is great, and it's transformed the dated look of my house which has an awkward front porch we wanted to keep.From quotation, measuring and fitting I am very pleased and wouldn't hesitate to get the great big window company back out when I am ready for the rest of the house to be updated. Ray visited after the fitting to make sure we were happy with everything, which I thought was a nice touch.

We needed all the doors and windows replaced and after reading reviews decided to use The Great Big Window Company. I cannot recommend this company enough. Turned up on time, tidied up after themselves each day, very hard workers hardly stopping to have a cup of tea. The house looks amazing and after sales service excellent. We were referred to the Great Big Window Company via the Solidor website where we had chosen our new front door. When Ray came to the house initially he was extremely helpful and explained clearly what would be involved. We decided to get our back door and windows replaced at the same time and Ray carried out a basic survey so that he could give us a quote which we accepted. He then came back a few days later to double check all the details and for us to sign the paperwork. Shaun then came to complete a more detailed survey.The installation team (Nigel and Josh) were absolutely brilliant. They were always cheerful and completed everything over two days with the minimum of disruption, leaving the house clean and tidy inside and out.We were absolutely delighted with the service we received from start to finish. There was no ‘hard sell’ at any point and our new windows and doors look really amazing! We would have no hesitation in recommending the Great Big Window Company.
