Louise (& colleagues) made the process of buying & selling our homes totally fuss-free. We never actually met! - but she was readily accessible throughout the whole process. Common sense at all times - with none of the puffed-up self-importance we’ve seen from some others in the past. She was also understanding & sympathetic about an unexpected personal issue which cropped up & delayed us a little during the process.We can certainly recommend!

I phoned to get advice regarding Probate for my recently deceased mother. I explained that I and my brother were intending to mange the Probate ourselves, as the Will and beneficiaries was very straightforward. However, we wanted advice on potential IHT and CGT liabilities and wished to make an appointment to discuss this. Unfortunately, the response was that unless my brother and I would instruct the 'practice' to manage the Probate, they wouldn't give us any advice. Very unhelpful.
