The team from Exeter were very professional and efficient as well as flexible as we were awaiting a completion date for the house before any work could take place. They gave us a competitive quote to sort out the damp proofing as well as get rid of the dry rot that was found on the survey. The gentleman who came to do the work did an amazing job and cleaned up well at the end of the day. Very impressed with that! What could have been a stressful time for us was made so much easier thanks to the considerate actions of the Exeter team. Thanks again guys.

We used Timberwise South West for some damp proofing work on our property. Everyone we dealt with were great. The surveyor, David, was professional and knowledgable. Leah in the office was attentive and good to deal with. Norman, the workman who carried the work out at our property did a great job, was a good guy and he left the property tidy.A large amount of additional work was discovered during the damp proofing, but an agreeable deal was worked out on the price of this.

Recently had Ashley George to advise on some damp problems in a below ground room. He quickly identified the cause, and explained in depth the issues and solutions. He was extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of the building, and had some excellent recommendations. He comprehensively explained the issues and offered several options. Wouldn't hesitate to use him again, and would recommend him.
