Good quality carpets at a fair price , very helpful staff and great fitting.

Went into shop last Monday 2nd October was asked if we needed any help, I said only if you can fit by next monday. Phonecall was made can't do Monday but can do this Friday, told them which carpet what size paid, out the shop in 15 minutes.Fitter arrived at 10 Friday did a fab job. Very happy 2nd carpet from them was the same 1st time .

Huge range of carpets and flooring to choose from, room size remnants too, only problem is deciding which one to go with, you dont get sales people buzzing in your ear, if you need help then you get it, one of the many reasons we keep going back, carpet fitters are available but work independently, if you need a new bed they have those too, from budget to top range at good prices..Worth a visit if you need carpets or beds. (Sit on the electric ones)

Absolutely appalling customer service.I would not recommend colour bank to anyone. We have had an absolutely awful experience with them.The customer service has been despicable. I was promised phone calls that were never returned and I was constantly chasing them up. This was very difficult being pregnant and with two young children.We were not given the correct advice to prepare our stairs for the runner that was ordered and the store did not order enough of the carpet. The fitter left the carpet with a frayed edge that looked extremely untidy. The carpet was then ordered again and the end result is a carpet on our stairs that does not match the landing. We are extremely unhappy with the result. I followed this up with colour bank however they did not get back to me. I am still awaiting a call from them that was promised months ago.I would not recommend colour bank and I am extremely unhappy with the service we have been provided. The entire process has caused us a lot of distress and we are still unhappy with the end result. The customer service has been atrocious.

Staff are so extremely helpful. They are polite and genuinely interested in assisting customers with choices. Giving advice as to the different products. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Customers are appreciated, which is great! Parking no issue either. Great prices - affordable and trustworthy company to deal with.

We purchased Amtico LVT and a Fibre flooring runner for our stairs and landing through Colourbank.We had no issues at all with the LVT. Lee, the fitter they used for the LVT was exceptional. He was punctual, professional and polite and paid great attention to detail.However, we had a number of issues with the runner which we paid a substantial amount of money for.We were told it would take 4 weeks for the runner and landing carpets to be fitted. This was fair as the carpet had to be cut to size in store and then sent back to fibre to have the binding done and then sent back. This was late Aug / early Sep 2022. We were assured that it would all be fitted before our baby arrived in November. There were numerous delays and the carpet was fitted after our baby was born.The carpet was poorly fitted, and was fraying at the bottom. Their carpet fitter blamed the store for not ordering enough, and the store blamed the fitter for not fitting it correctly, this was very unprofessional.To their credit, they did resolve this by ordering and fitting a complete new runner months later. However, even according to their own assessor, the colour of the stairs carpet is now a different shade to that of the landing carpet.Throughout this whole drawn out process, communication has been extremely poor on their end. We had no updates at all regarding the delays. When we did call to chase progress, we were often promised a phone call back but would not hear anything.Overall for a company that prides itself on 30 years of business, my experience with them has been extremely poor and I would not recommend them to anyone.UPDATENo, I am not happy with the overall outcome. I now have a carpet with colour that doesn’t match. Not to mention the time and effort that has gone into chasing you.We were promised a phone call again by the end of today, but as per usual, no one bothered to get in touch.This has been going on for around 10 months now.Who would have thought that buying carpet would become such a headache.

Highly recommended!I have recently purchased a new build property as a first time buyer and used Colour Bank Crest Rise Store for both my beds and my flooring throughout the whole house.They had a wide range of flooring and the whole team have been great. They have been very friendly and have provided us with lots of information and were able to answer any queries which I had so that I was able to make informed choices.Mo and Paul in flooring sales were also very helpful throughout!Dan the LVT fitter was excellent and very clean and tidy as was Carl the carpet and vinyl fitter.The delivery guys for the beds were very friendly and polite also.I would highly recommend.Thank you to all at Colour Bank!

Went for a bed. Great choice, fair price and no pressure from helpful salesperson.

Fitters damaged my bannisters and when I rang colourbank to complain they said nothing could be done about it. So I now have to pay to repaint the damage caused. Would not recommend.

Excellent service, fantastic choice of carpets beds and more. Great prices too.Updating review following fitting: fitters were professional, friendly and did a fantastic job despite the challenging work. All looks really tidy and was excellent value for a full house of carpets.
