We appreciate that finding a suitable property to rent in a few days especially when it’s close to Christmas is not easy at all but he handle it quite well. We would also like to thank Tyler (MG manager) for making everything easy for us and for the fantastic support at the end. Highly recommend!

Outstanding service.Raphael from MG did a fantastic job in keeping all parties to the transaction engaged (including not only buyers and sellers, but also solicitors at both ends, mortgage brokers, surveyors, etc...).He was able to identify potential stoppers in advance, and work around them quickly. He was also very useful accommodating additional visits and requests to the property patiently. And throughout the whole transaction, he kept all parties informed about progress in real team.I would definitely recommend his services to anyone thinking of buying or selling a property.

We had a pleasant experience with Jatin from Martyn Gerrard at the Finchley Branch. Thank you for providing a worry-free buying experience with their professionalism, although the buying situation was sort of complicated (with a chain linking three families). We were in such relief when the exchange was done today. I should say the whole procedure was managed by Martyn Gerrard with complete care and empathy- we were satisfied with the process and, sure, the outcome.

As far as I am concerned they are a cut above any other estate agents! I have had great advice & help from the team since moving back to my family home in Finchley about 20 years ago.Jatin recently viewed my property & was very respectful, kind, courteous & efficient! Never don't trust them warm welcoming before deal 100% change after.I have bad experience with this company.One way deal Thay don't care about tanent. I've been 2 years with that company every single year increase rent. I payd £1750 For 2 bedrooms second floor no parking no lifts and thay asked me for £2000 I tried to have offer for any p but they didn't accept and asked for London IP on top of rent. I moved and they put flat on market for £1900.I had liking on kitchen we reported after tow months and many time complaining and call sorted out. That time we pay full amount for rent. Now thay asking my £1000 for little scratches in wall .

All of this was conveniently achieved with minimal viewings and before the house was even listed on online. Very disappointed from the service2 guys big liars his name is Lee 2 time I went to see a fat with him no answer back when you call him he is just lying just waist your time.Second one is AndrewHe is covering his lies they know how is going on and they just telling you o we got the answer from landlord 2 hours ago no answer back if they got any information. They are dealing with the prices who gave more money they are giving them the house be careful people don’t not meet this liars guys thanks.
