The atmosphere is elegant, the food was phenomenal. We stopped in for some tea and dessert. Would definitely recommend the Caffe Concerto. Our server Saqlain was outstanding.

Caffè Concerto Northumberland Avenue
First time coming here. Very nice place with great selection of food although my friend and I just wanted to pop in for a drink. Relaxed atmosphere and we enjoyed some lattes made by Parul. Our servers Hussain and Nikki were very friendly. Will definitely come back again to try out the food! :))

I had a the pistachio Spanish latte with the hot apple crumble. Both were delicious! Aziz was an excellent waiter and helped me decide from the many amazing sounding options

I had the vegan cake. It was okay, looks pretty though but didn’t taste as good as the strawberry cake. Would recommend the strawberry cake but not the vegan cake in terms of taste.Aziz was a very good server, happy with the service. 5 stars for that.

My last night in London I stepped into this Cafe for a bite to eat before retiring to my hotel. The friendly staff was attentive and helpful. I ordered the grilled salmon dish which was cooked perfectly and accompanied by equally delicious sides of spinach (my favorite) broccoli, and herb butter. The hospitality from Saqlain, Christian and others on the team were excellent. Prices were lower than what I expect at a restaurant in any large metro city and were fair for what I was served. Overall a great experience for me.

The juxtaposition of the beautiful wall decor and the untidy, unfinished hanging air conditioning units closly represents of the relationship between the undeniable beauty of the Cakes in this cake shop and their disappointing taste and texture.Initially this place and its cakes looks fantastic, but look up or take a bite and that illusion soon vanishes.If you want a nice photo for Instagram then this place is fantastic, the waiters are beautifully dressed, the venue is lovely (until about 6ft up) and the cakes look amazing too. If you want good service and a nice cake then do not go here. Avoid this place at all cost if that's that you're looking for, you will not find that here.Also it's worth noting that somehow it cost us £20 for these two cakes, they worked out at pretty much £10 each which is outrageous considering how dry and bland they were.As you can tell by this review, I was extremely disappointed with this cake shop and would only recommended it to an enemy if I wanted to ruin their trip to Buckingham Palace.

We stopped at this caffe for quick refreshments. From the ambience of the dining area, we thought it was a French patisserie, but looking at the menu choices, it turned out to be an Italian restaurant. The staff provided friendly and fast services, but the menu choices were very ordinary and overpriced for no reason. I wouldn't recommend this place or re-visit it because I believe that for the same price tags, you can find better choices , or you can get the same experience with better prices.
