Salam all! I planned a trip to Makkah and Medina through Bilal at GM Travel last week, it was a well planned trip by the agency. My trip was slightly more complex than usual in which I was travelling from London and my Mum from Lahore via Hujj Terminal in Jeddah which is not very helpful for passengers in terms of their pickups. It was Bilal's connections and clear information through which my Mum didn't face any difficulties and she was with me or out of the Hujj Terminal in about 30-40 minutes instead of hours of panicking which I have heard the stories from my relatives who literally got stuck within terminals for 4-5 hours. Regarding prices, visas, accommodations and transportations, I must say, all services were on time and top notch. Will certainly use them again and not only use, I'll share my experiences with my contacts and promote their services to others. My Mum is also very very happy with everything. Thank you GM Travel! you're legends!

Bilal and Majid are con artists!They will quote you very cheap price to get your money - then when you get to your destination you will not get what you paid for.These guys need to be investigated - STOP SCAMMING CUSTOMERS!
