B&M Store

Pretty big store but selection of products not good enough. DIY section probably better in local nearest hardware shop, so better go there. Same as car care, you'd be better to look somewhere else.Clean shop though.

This used to be a Lidl I think. Now it's a small b&m. Free parking and the staff are good and the to lines didn't take forever. Good selection of stuff, loads of brand name sweets and stuff like that.

Star is for the product I bought as it was good value for money. The manager, however was appalling. I had struggled to get a very heavy item into the trolley and when I reached the checkout he just stood and watched as I struggled to move it to make the bar code accessible for him. When I asked for help he grudgingly lifted it, scanned it then dumped it on top of the rest of my shopping, thereby crushing 2 bags of crisps and coffee pods. Will not return to this store as that member of staff was so unpleasant.

Overall I think it's a weird shop. Just because they do not have a lot of fridge stuff. They don't have any freezer things at all. The things that they r good for r: crisps, snacks, noodles & drinks. But overall I think the shop is most good for his home items.

This store has everything you could possibly want and the displays were a credit to the store

Plenty car parking, well laid out inside, plenty variety. As with all these buy cheap" shops

Staff in Broxburn store always very helpful. John in particular is really welcoming whether he is on the checkout or on shop floor. Always greets the customer with a warm and genuine welcome. He clearly puts the customer at the heart of everything he does. For instance today he even checked the stockroom 4 a specific item for me

I go in here with my partner, we get what we need and I witness the women on till sell children who were maybe 7 and 10 red bull 2 cans each. I said to the lady on the tills you surely cant sell that to them and her response was it’s not illegal and b and m allow it. I did Google it and yes she’s is right however as a company you should be ashamed. Little kids that age drinking red bull. it’s upto b and m and staff to ensure people are buying age appropriate products from your store but instead all your company cares about it’s dirty gained profit.What I witnessed yesterday may have been legal but it was morally wrong. Any staff that sell that stuff to children should be ashamed of themselves there is a reason why nearly every store has banned it from being bought by children.Word of warning to all staff, you open yourself to angry mums and dads when they find out you have been selling that muck to their children.
