Cleobury Dental Practice
The practice is always clean and is run very efficiently. All of the staff are friendly and professional especially the Hygienist Helen who does an excellent job whilst being gentle. As someone with sensitive teeth, I used to hate going to the hygienist but not anymore.

Cleobury Dental Practice
My treatment recently has been outstanding, not just for the quality of actual treatment, but for the caring attitude of staff and excellent advice given. A couple of weeks ago, I had a small filling with Kunal (the first for a very long time)and I can honestly say I wasn’t even aware of which tooth he was filling! He is so skilled. I had a hygienist appointment today, which I hadn’t been looking forward to, but it was a very positive experience. Helen has such a lovely, friendly, gentle manner, and offers very good advice for home care.

Ask for the black glasses and you can close your eyes to the whole experience! I'm usually nervous, very nervous, but this was calming. I didn't need to look into his eyes to try to see what he was doing, I just trusted the professional da daaa and it was done! Thankyou from Sarah.

Not a dentist I would recommend for nervous patients. I had an appointment for one date, then the day before, I’m sent a text saying my appointment was next day, one I didn’t make, and can’t attend. Also, after having an assessment with X rays, I wanted to change to another dentist in the practice I’m told I have to have another assessment, that’ll be another charge. All I wanted when I went in was a filling replacement, still haven’t had it and looks like it won’t be yet! The 2 stars are for the lovely reception lady I met, otherwise it would be none!

So happy I’ve finally found a dental practice I can trust. The whole team make me feel so relaxed and cared for. Helen the hygienist and her nurse Lucy are a fantastic pair. Totally painless experience. Very knowledgeable and so kind. I’m actually looking forward for my next visit!

Best dentist I have ever used. All interactions here are kind, caring and professional from reception staff through to the dentists and teeth cleaning professionals.I already made a fair trip to go here because of the excellent reviews of Cleobury dental practice compared to some of the horror stories from practices in my area. Having moved further away, I still make the trip to come to this excellent practice!

I recently had a routine hygienist appointment with Helen - But it turned out not to be routine! The level of service and attention was 5 star and I told Helen at the time.I have never done a review before but I am very happy to do so and this glowing review is so deserved.So THANK YOU Helen for being so gentle and thorough. I hope to see you at the practice for many years to come. You have set the bar very high and I hope this will become the standard for all future hygeinists.
