I would personally recommend using Dash insurance services . Lauren the very polite, professional lady I delt with was brilliant she under stood the stresses that come with having an impounded vehicle after a roadside accident and was very competent. She elevated the worries we were having finding the correct insurance to release the car and lovely to talk with . At that point we left it all in her very capable hands and an hour later she rang us back with a reasonable quote and we were very satisfied. We now have 30 days cover which is to be paid in full via bank transfer. I'll admit the bank transfer method of payment made me feel slightly uneasy as everyone knows that there are fraudsters out there but let me tell you now that Dash insurance services are totally legitimate. Lauren made us feel safe in doing so. The insurance documents arrived via email and too her word all was correct and after producing our documents to the police we finally got the car out of the compound . I discovered Dash Insurance online after looking at quotes for compound insurance and being pulled from pilar to post I requested a call back from them.Lauren called me within 20 minutes and I explained everything I needed to she was understanding and held the quote open for me. Lauren had outstanding customer service skills and was so helpful!! I needed compound impound insurance and no other company was entertaining it, got through to dash insurance and was given a quote within 5 minutes, reasonable price given the circumstances and everytime I needed to speak to them i got through.Provided documents to my local authority, all checked out and i got a release stamp.I rang back to cancel and the turn around was again exceptional.Millie and Luis were amazing, I got my car back within 1 day of speaking to them.Respect to this company.

All the other places I went to gave me very high prices for impound insurance. Dash insurance found me the best deal which allowed me to get £280 refund if I cancelled my policy after I got my car. Staff called me back straight away to update about my policy and even when the staff I spoke to was busy there were other staff who helped which were just has polite and nice. Highly recommended dash insurance.

There were next to no waiting times when contacting them, all information was as clear as I have ever experienced and they provided me with a competitive quote that was exactly tailored to my requirements. Connor from the quotes team was especially fantastic, going above and beyond to ensure I had the best possible insurance policy. 5/5 all day long.Please note, that for certain types of insurance, I had to provide payment via a bank transfer. I was naturally hesitant with this, however after checking with the FCA and following through with this type of payment method, I can confirm that there is no reason to be alarmed - it just allowed me to get my insurance to begin immediately.
