Great experience. There was a lovely young lady who showed me some one their carpet pythons. The adoption process was simple and quick. And Markus now has a lovely new home. Thank you all. Good job

This place is overwhelmed with reptiles needing rehoming. The expertise and dedicated, friendly staff and volunteers do a great job and will give you guidance on any of the reptiles you seek to rehome. It is also a learning hub for students studying animal management.

Excellent centre with great community outreach. I have been fostering for a rescue for a while and they helped take on two Giant African Land Snails that I was caring for and I know they'll receive the best care and attention and hopefully a forever home some time soon so that I can foster and save more animals as well.

Very friendly and helpful, took my daughter down to have a look as she's not sure what type of reptile she wants yet. Managed to have a hold of several different types and ask a load of questions to help her decide. Will certainly be returning to re-home a rescue reptile in the near future.

Great organisation! We’ve found a terrapin in the river that couldn’t get out because of the high edges and was swimming there for hours. We picked her up and brought it to this centre, now she has a new family :)

What an incredible place! They do some integral work for animals in Kent! They have some incredibly valuable staff and volunteers including three school kids that we met a couple of weeks ago!The boys give up their time to work there and look after the animals in their care. They are incredibly selfless kids and an inspiration to us all to do more good with nature!Congratulations National Centre for Reptile Welfare. You have real gems there.

Lovely people here. Genuine and honest, welfare of the reptiles come first and foremost. Our bearded dragon came from here and no question was too small or weird for them to answer. Cannot recommend enough. Lennon says hi!

Fantastic centre with a very dedicated and highly knowledgable team. So many lovely animals ready to rehome and so many more on the road to recovery. What a gem in our local area!

I want to say a big thank you to Chris and David for rescuing a grass snake that spent the night in my works office. The snake hid under the shelving unit and didn't want to come out but I was worried about its welfare as I didn't think it would ever come out of hiding. Within half an hour of talking to Chris, he arranged a guy called David to come to the rescue. You both worked wonders and now the snake has returned to the wild where it belongs. Thank you both.

I owned a baby ball python at university and could no longer have it due to moving back home and mum isn’t too keen on the snake, so frantically looked for a place and couldn’t believe I found such an amazing centre last minute. I was greeted by Chris and his friendly colleagues and they all welcomed me in and reassured of my snake’s safety in their hands. Toby was very informative and told me the whole process of my snake’s rehoming and showed me around the facility. Such a knowledgeable and well kept space and I’m so happy to have left my snake with them. If you’re looking to rehome your reptile or buy one this is the best place to keep them.
