Used Tony a couple of times on rental properties - the last time I used him he started a job, made a mess of the job with paint on all other surfaces, got paid in advance by mistake, but then never returned to finish the job off meaning I had to travel to walsall to finish the job he startedHe promise to refund some of the money - but it never came and now he avoids phone callsUntrustworthy, low quality, and a thief with not returning the money he was paid without completing the job he was paid to do
