As an mature lady, i felt a little unsure of convincing myself that i could feel more confident. I became embarrassed with my eyebrows, having overplucked them in my younger days. After recommendation i booked to come to Charlotte, it has been the best thing i could have done.From our first meeting i became very excited, and Charlotte has given me my confidence back. Charlotte you have changed my life! You did an amazing job on my eyebrows and made me feel relaxed, informed and confident every step of the way. I wasn't too sure on shape or colour because pencilling eyebrows on every day, they were different every day! I had my eyebrows microbladed here and also a lip blush treatment earlier this year. I would 10/10 recommend. I am constantly getting compliments on my eyebrows in particular - perfect shape and colour, very natural. Also the treatment was painless (whereas this was not the case when I had had mircroblading done in the past at another studio).

Charlotte is an incredibly talented and professional permanent make up artist. I spoke to Charlotte several times before having my first appointment to have my eyebrows beautifully created, she completely put my mind at ease as I was a little nervous with it being my first time having anything like this done. The cabin looks beautiful and relaxing, I was even greeted with a cuppa! Charlotte spent a good amount of time talking through and mapping my brows. We decided hairstrokes were the best natural option for me and they turned out fantastic! The procedure is virtually painless and Charlotte checked on how I was throughout. The aftercare pack is very informative, I'm on day 3 currently and love them. If you have any doubts, there is no need as you won't be disappointed. Thanks Charlotte, see you soon!

I had eyebrow tattooing and lash liner at The Permanent Makeup Clinic Essex and both services were incredible. Charlotte catered to my needs and we discussed all options in detail. The procedures were very calm and I was provided with all the information I needed about aftercare. I can’t recommend Charlotte and the team enough. I will definitely go back in the future!

When I walked in the place was beautiful and super clean. Charlotte was so friendly and explained everything. She worked super professionally and everything was cleaned every step of the way. The eyebrows and eyeliner weren’t painful for me, the numbing was amazing. She was so gentle too so it made it such an easy experience. I’m going back to get my lips done too! 5* experience!

Hyper realistic Digital Hairstroke brows.I am so happy with the results - my eyebrows were sparce and fading and now after seeing Charlotte have been transformed. I am delighted with the shade & shape - they look so natural! I feel my confidence has returned.
