I bought this watch strap and within a week the top layer started peeling and as you can see the top has completely snapped. Also awful customer service and lacked professionalism completely. Wouldn’t recommend.

Had my curb chain repaired and my signet ring scratches taken out and Re Engraved , done a fantastic job and only took 6 days . Highly recommended.

I personally think this jeweller offers poor quality products at inflated prices. My partner bought me a pair of expensive rose gold hoop earrings. When I opened the clasp, it was loose. He returned them to the shop only to be greeted by a rather rude staff member who refused to offer a refund. I no longer wanted the earrings as I felt they were cheaply made and not worth what he paid. There is nothing mentioned on the receipt nor was my partner verbally at time of purchase told that a refund or exchange is not permitted. I am pretty sure legally without this they can’t refuse to refund. After a heated exchange, the earrings were tightened up and my partner left with them. I personally feel a couple of wears and they will be loose again, and I will likely lose one. I am an advocate for shopping local but when treated like this I will stick to high street brands in the future.

Male shop assistant, (hoping not manager as totally lacked the professionalism, people skills, customer service and aptitude for this role) in Desire Honiton was extremely rude, jumped to assumptions, made unfounded accusations, was extremely unprofessional, lacked customer service, refused to listen continually speaking over me.He has lost my continued custom despite moving from Honiton several years ago as I have always continued to purchase gifts there out of loyalty to previous owner who was the polar opposite and made visits, purchases, alterations etc a joyful experience and made my trips to Honiton.

Repair completed on my wife’s necklace. Really great work and it looked like new.
