Took my elderly mum in too have some glasses altered after being supported with an optical test at home .Mum wasnt happy the staff were sympathetic to our situation and could not do enough to helpus .

No problems at all here. Very happy with the service I got from all the staff I dealt with. All very helpful and knowledgeable. No problems with my new glasses which were perfect from the first time I wore them. Will definitely be going back to Specsavers in the future and will recommend them to friends and family.

This weekend I went to collect 2 pairs of glasses, but only 1 pair had arrived from the Lab. 2 members of staff went out of their way to resolve the problem. Not only was the search for the missing pair extremely thorough, but 2 calls to the Lab were to no avail. They promised to resolve it the next day, and they did! Spending much of the morning doing so and then delivering them to my home address in the evening! I cannot thank them enough! Service beyond the call of duty! Thank you!

Attentive staff can't help you enough. Well laid out shop with lots of frame choice. My prescription was on file from a test 2 months ago. Chosen frames were checked and measurement of eye separation to be sure they get the lenses right. Everything explained. Ready to collect in 7 days. Great service. Very reasonable price.

Terrible I spent nearly two hours getting my eyes tested, decided to order contact lenses, phoned up today to find out they had not even been ordered and I had been quoted the wrong price. Not a very good experience at all. I will have to go to a different opticians one that knows what they are doing. Not very happy

Excellent customer service and Staff. Going to specsavers is a simple and easy experience as they cater for all types of customers, you are not treated differently just because you do not do everything on line ,pay on a card , get complicated e-mails ask you to scan this, or download such an app that is fine for customers who perfer that , but they also cater for people who like to recieve a reminder letter, phone up or walk in for an appointment , and pay by cash . So simple and straight forward that's why I go to specsavers as I have a choice .

Slight problem sorted immediately by very helpful and pleasant staff at Middlebrook. Nothing is too much trouble and all the staff go out of their way to make sure that any problems are rectified
