Bognor Garage and Car Sales

I have just purchased my car from the lovely guys at Bognor Garage. They were really friendly and not at all pushy. My new car now has a years MOT and a full service. I really couldn't ask for more. Would recommend them to everyone. They made the process very easy and kept me informed all the way through. A years warranty too. What more could you ask for.

I have a car with unusual tyre sizes, A&D auto's ordered the tyre in for me with no deposit required and fitted it for me on Saturday morning very competitive on price and I will certainly be back as and when required. A brilliant service and non of the usual sales pitch like you get from the from the multi nationals

This was my first visit to this showroom but that said it will probably not be my last, the customer service given to me was I have to say excellent.Chris gave me confidence in the car I purchased and did all that he said he would. What more can you ask for ?I will say this though if I buy anything from anyone ever again using finance is not going to happen I will simply get a bank loan, for a start off its quicker and a lot less stressful. Chris cannot in any way shape or form be held accountable for that part of what was an otherwise brilliant experience. I would absolutely recommend Bognor Garage and Car Sales to anyone and feel comfortable knowing they would receive the best service.I have a fabulous car that I am delighted with and will be more than happy to take back to have mots and services.All round excellent service this guy is an absolute gem and knows his job inside out.

Great experience. Emailed prior to arrival to arrange viewing test drive and was emailed back first thing as they opened. Upon arrival the car was clean and ready to be taken out and the car was there to sell itself. No hard sales techniques used to push a sale. This made the experience very comfortable and enjoyable. After a chat and a laugh we decided the car was right for me and we agreed a price. I also used my outgoing car as a PX which was easy and quick to arrange. I was also given a new MOT and service prior to pickup.Arrived on the day and the car was sitting waiting for me. All paperwork that could be completed before my arrival was already done so all that was required was payments and my signings. This is super service.Would highly recommend people looking for a car to give Bognor Garage a look to see what they can do.

Worst experience ever. Bought a car from these cowboys. Car played up from day one. Eventually asked for a refund or exchange was offered £5750 less than we paid for it said it was the best they could offer and had no suitable replacement. Beware they are not with any accredited trade organisation so you will be on your own trying to address your consumers rights. Also Land Rover specialists they are not.

Bought a car in July 2021. Very happy with the service I received from Bognor Garage Car Sales. Lewis was very approachable and helpful and did what I requested in order to get my car ready and to the standard I wanted e.g if I wanted a minor touch up to bodywork and extra valet internally.. All paperwork was in order (MOT, Warranty, Service etc) The car was competitively priced too so overall very happy with the service.

Excellent service from Chris and Lewis.Both were approachable, we were left to look around the car without feeling pressured in any way, we took the car for a test drive and flagged up a few things that needed attention, everything will be sorted" I was told

What can we say about Bognor car sales.Amazing from the start.we purchased our Kia Sportage about 2weeks ago which is a beautiful car inside & out,Lewis was very approachable very kind & knew what he was doing he wasn't at all pushy which less face it some car sales managers just want a sale, just my opion,but Lewis was different ,we took our time,test drove with no hassle at all.We were introduced to Chris who was as equally very nice.,sorted all sale out efficiently with no problems. We highly recommend them.

Bognor Garage and Car Sales (Lewis in particular) catered to our every need when purchasing our latest vehicle from them. They were attentive to our specific situation, listened carefully and bent over backwards to get our vehicle to us in a short space of time. Came with a deep clean and delivered to our door. If we could give Chris at Bognor Garage more than 5 stars we would. Can not recommend him enough, never have we bought a car from someone so dedicated to his customers and his job as whole. I can't say that this purchase wasn't without it stresses because that would be a lie, not one part of that stress was down to him, he did the best of his abilities to avoid and get through these stresses as easily as possible. We wouldn't send anyone anywhere else. Honestly when all was said and done we are glad we went through this purchase with him. The car is also a dream to drive and it is where we will return it too for mots services etc due to level of service we have received.
