Got there for my appointment for my cat no vet had to wait 30 minutes for him to arrive no reception desk he didn't really know what was wrong with my cat he'd only lost a claw even I knew that but I was worried he might get an infection the vet went to great detail about his paw come up with a price of £460 and on top of this my cat would maybe have to have part of his paw amtepated more expense he suggested two antibiotics injections at £95 each I refused and got a second opinion which cost me £15 plus consultation and my cat as suppected had only lost a claw and a new one has emerged

They are completely unprofessional refuseing to see my ferret and blocking my number and havent been given a reason for why by them would not recomend although i have no idea on there standerds as a vet but from a professional stand point they are a disgrace!

Visiting family for the weekend (socially distanced) and our little 5 month daschund had an allergic reaction to a sting and his face swelled up quite badly! They fitted us in within a few hours of ringing, gave him a little injection and within a couple of hours he was right as rain again!! Really good, friendly service

The staff are nice and they have looked after my pooch well,

Really patient and gentle with a very nervous dog who growls a lotJust taken our recently adopted dog in to have her nails trimmed and she was treated very carefully so she wouldn't have a bad first experience

Very good but contact to making appointment can be hard work or to contact caister vets you have to go though some kind call system so you don't get directly through to caister vetsBit enjoying grrrrrr

So very caring staff. Would highly recommend.

Nothing to much trouble, everything well explained, no rush.

Recently registered my dog at this vets and took her for a consultation. I am so pleased I moved vets, the team were friendly, welcoming and patient. Explained everything so well and I didn’t feel rushed, so good and kind to my dog too. Thanks so much. Feeling in safe hands (and paws) already!
