Graham is not only brilliant at his job ( he sorted out some badly abused japanese steel chefs knives as well as a draw knife and axe) but he's a very nice chap too. Would not hesitate to use again and will recommend to all my friends.

Same day service and excellent results. My knives are now sharper than ever, and Graham even sraightend (Bent tip and dent on on the edge) a dropped knife.He explained everything about the knifes and how to keep them sharp going forward. Oh, and he is just a very pleasant fellow. Will certainly use again for all my sharpening needs.

I took along a whole range of knives that had worn down over years of neglect. They've come back extremely well sharpened and make food prep a real joy. So much so, that I've taken my last few blunt ones back to get done. Thank you Graham. Top marks for an excellent service!
