Had a frame done here recently and was very disappointed with the work, The frame itself had a dent and the glass (inside) was not cleaned properly and you can see debris inside it. I called to complain about these issues and was told I could bring it back, however I am a bit sceptical of having touched again and ruined it even more.

Brilliant experience. They really took the time to help me decide what I wanted for each piece I brought in. They phoned me when my framed pieces were ready to pick up, they took the time to package them up so they were protected for my journey home. Extremely friendly and accommodating service for a reasonable price.

Have been using the fabulous little shop for years but didn’t realise I could leave a review…. So, here it is - hopefully better late than never . Endless choice of frames coupled with extremely reasonable prices. The two guys who work here are always friendly and happy to talk through a job, offering suggestions and advice where needed. Just heading there this afternoon to pick something up!

Went in today to get a set list framed my son was given by his favourite band to cheer him up as he is in hospital, I was expecting a few days turn around but it was done within 30 mins once I explained what it was for. Excellent service and price, would definitely recommend Thomoson Art. First class

Absolutely amazing, they'd do anything for you, so accommodating and the service is second to none. Highly recommend these guys. I have just had my Disney house rules framed and also a platinum scratch map. They look amazing and are now hanging pride of place on our wall. Thank you's!
