C.P. Hart Bathrooms

Lovely staff and great bathroom shop. Love my cast iron bath, along with more traditional wash basin and loo.

Measurements done by us-not the designer, delay in delivery of the shower glass-known delays that we were not told about at the the time of purchase, shower tray staining terribly with water (not mentioned at time of purchase)-have to hand dry it every single time we use it, basin tap not mixing water-waiting to hear back. Some nice products but poor customer care for the price range of the company.

Absolutely shocking lack of customer service. I called 3 times over the space of 3 weeks regarding a broken toilet that was purchased from CP Hart. Each time I was assured someone would be back in touch with me in a timely manner to discuss aforementioned issue. I'M STILL WAITING!!!!!! What an absolutely disgusting disregard for a customer. There are plenty of other good bathroom shops with much better after sales care that I will definitely be using in the future.

Very helpful staff and lovely bathrooms

Was quoted an estimate of £20k for a bathroom (sink, sink unit, taps, bath tub, cupboard and tiles) without labour by a very unenthusiastic gentleman.

Absolutely stunning showroom, high end.

We have been looked after by David at the St. Albans Branch.Nothing has been too much trouble, his communication with us throughout our bathroom refurb has been superb.We used the in store designer and our own people to fit.I would highly recommend the St. Albans branchfor their beautiful bathrooms and great customer service both before & after our purchase.Thank youKate & Martin
