Picked up my campervan last weekend. Great service and support from the guys. Excellent guidance, very patient with all the questions you have when spending a big chunk of change. Found the right van for me, did the conversion and then picked me up at the station when I went to collect. Excellent service through the sales stage.Lets see how the after sales goes in the coming year. Cant fault them, fully recommend you go and have a look.

I bought a used part-ex Mercedes from Venture. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. There was an issue that was fixed before I picked the car up. I had a minor issue with the vehicle that was sorted out quickly.All in all, a good experience and I would recommend!

Great company. Venture Daventry have serviced our caravan for the last three years (since we got it). We had an issue with our recent service and they’ve been great in resolving matters. The mark of a great business is what happens when things go badly rather than when things go well. We would recommend them and will be returning in 2024 for our next annual service.

What can I say .I went in the shop to find a no standard part , The lady shop keeper was super helpful and understanding of what was needed .I had a small problem installing so gave them ring , 15 mins later we was all sorted .Thank you so much for your help , my dad is also very grateful for taking the time to help us ..clive mason

14/12/2023 - Update on previous review. Following the negative review I received a call with an apology, thank you - credit where it's due. As a consequence of the apology I booked in the van for inspection and repairs (pop top issues) end of November. I have picked up the van today and thank you for sorting the problems. Also many thanks to Victoria who kept me up to date about progress for the last couple of weeks. Good to find a local company that made an effort to put things right - my view on Venture is now changed and I would recommend to others..Filled in their online form with details of request for repairs to VW T6.1 campervan after 2 weeks no response (and still none).Drove to visit and had discussions with workshop staff and they took photos of the work I needed to rectify fault with pop top roof and mains electric hookup. I was told I would be contacted the next day when main man was in, I'm still waiting 2 weeks later.........Make your own decisions about using this company based on the above experiences but frankly it's not rocket science - common courtesy and customer service cost nothing.Unfortunately you have to give one star on Google which is counter intuitive

Fantastic company to deal with they really are 5 star this is my second unit from them the sales team and everyone there will go that extra mile to make sure you are completely satisfied, I would recommend them to anyone who wants brilliant service and communication nothing is too much trouble for them. Followed a caravan pull out from here after having a service. The bloke got less than half a mile up the A5 and the rear left wheel come flying off straight towards me and my little boy following in the car lucky I managed to swerve as the Rd was quiet..I spoke to the Owner who was driving the caravan we were both in shock he said iv literally just picked it up from a service I said I've just witnessed you pull.out from there.I would never recommend this company from what I have just witnessed and experienced and I have reported to the correct authorities and trading standards of poor workmanship.
