My dog Lily is old, going blind and has ulcers on her cornea - she hadn’t let me clean her eyes for a couple of weeks and her fur had become quite matted so I headed to K9 in Eltham to have her cut and shaved in way that’s not painful - also because of the heat I wanted a close cut and they didn’t disappoint. I now live in Kent but travel the 30mins to K9 as although I’ve tried other groomers none of them seem to have the understanding, expertise and professionalism of the team at K9. So a huge thank you to them both from Lily and me.

This is the only place I would take my very anxious and fidgety Cockerpoo, Lola. The ladies there, Janice and Ash are two very caring and professional people. They take pride in their grooming whilst showing their love of dogs. Their expertise is apparent by their excellent results. After having a couple of bad experiences elsewere I couldn't be happier and can highly recommend their wonderful service.

Unfortunately I would not recommend this groomer. I was not happy with the overall quality of my labradoodle’s cut, his eyes and paws had not been tidied and his body had been shorn far too short. Really disappointed.Edit: disappointing to see an unkind reply after feedback has been given.

Our first time taking our new rescue Cooper to k-9 grooming today and couldn’t be happier. He came out looking and smelling gorgeous, such a positive experience and Janice and the ladies were so lovely. Can’t recommend enough and will be a regular!

Janice is brilliant with the dogs and they always come home looking and smelling great! Dogs are not kept in crates whilst waiting to be groomed, instead they are allowed free roam of Janice's lovely garden.

Excellent! Great place, very conscientious about your pets well being. Garden for dogs to run around - always gives your dog a break (or 2, of needed) so they don't become anxious. Will allow you to stay with your dog, so you can see how well they are treated! Highly recommend!

Without any hesitation, I recommend K-9. I took my dog there: Maltese breed for haircut and wash . He came back smelling nice with nicely done haircut. Also for the first time , we decided to leave my dog with them and go on holiday because my husband found Jan and Ash very trustworthy and caring. When we came back to pick up my dog; he did not want to come home with us lol as he had enjoyed staying there alot. We will def come back xx

Best dog groomer we have ever taken our dogs too, they always come out looking lovely and smell incredible with the dog perfume, they have different varieties too! Janice and Ash are friendly welcoming people and the garden for the dogs to run around in is amazing! X
