I would just like to leave an excellent review about Gareth. What a kind, patient and caring guy he is. I took my 91 Yr old mum to see him last week and he was so nice with her. I had to take her back yesterday and he has done everything he can to get mums problem sorted.A credit to your Staff.Thank you Gareth. We appreciate your help.

I initially left a less favourable review of this place after becoming a new patient, however I feel it’s only fair to submit a new review with my experience since then which has been really positive.The doctors and nurses are always friendly and take time with their patients which means I always feel like I’ve been listened to rather than rushed which was usually the case at my previous practice. It’s also a lovely clean, spacious surgery.The check in screen has been a great addition in helping to reduce what was always a long queue at reception. If wait times on the appointment line were reduced it would be even better. I would recommend this surgery.

This place should be closed. So many negative reviews and nothing is being done. Today my mum (she's nearly 70) went for appointment which was organised by GP. She was meant to have her appointment at 11am, so she got there early. She was told by receptionist to sit and wait and 1h later she was still waiting. When asking receptionist how long she needs to wait, receptionist provided some number and said you can call this number. When asked why she needs to call someone and why receptionist cannot find out the issue for waiting, receptionist just said, if anything call your GP.When I saw other comments about receptionist and the place itself, I thought it must be fixed. However, seems like nothing has changed and place is rude against clients. Maybe they treat special individuals well but seems like generic public is not welcomed here.Update: The phone number that was given to my mum (I called them) was for Mind Matters" a mental health organisation

took a week to get an appointment regarding knee injury so sent for x-ray . 3 weeks to get result and sent for MRI .4 weeks later results are in but have to wait another 10 days for a doctor to tell me the result of MRI . terrible service and I didn't even register to be a patient at this place .my old surgery allocated me here . time for a new doctor's to many bad reviews

Completely waste of time, my wife had appointment, as buss was running late she start ring them 13:10 (appointment 13:30) nr 3 on the line to been answered at 13:45 when she left buss and been told that they can't do the appointment ATM, this why now ppl don trust NHS as them employ lasy ppl for reception, they do 3 phones appointment over 1 hour, do they get paid for farting in the chair?

Went to this health centre on Monday at 9.30 on the 3 July while sitting waiting for my appointment a lady went to reception not sure where to go, the receptionist attitude was aporling then soon as she turned round the receptionist in question started calling her, she then observed us looking at her she then moved back and hid behind the desk, is this your normal practice to have a go at patients who are unsure where to go in the practice, she is a disgrace and not a good ambassador for your practice, I work for the NHS and I was embarrassed at what I witnessed

Absolute disgrace. The receptionist's haven't got a clue. GPS don't seem to care. I waited six months for a blood test then never got the results. I've not seen a diabetic nurse in two years and they are failing to get me a diabetic eye screening visit. I am going to register with a different surgery as this place is diabolical.

I’ve tried calling 6 times in two weeks! Each time it has been ringing out for 20 minutes, to then come to a message explaining that they’re to busy and to call back?!Luckily I don’t need a GP very often and I was able to go to the surgery to make my appointment, something that would be impossible for some or very inconvenient for those with small children.

I have been a patient since this health centre opened. I would like to thank all staff who have liaised with myself during this time. Every single person I have communicated with either in person or via telephone have been incredibly helpful. I am hearing impaired and using the telephone is a significant barrier for me, however, each member of staff has been patient and kindly reiterates information to me to ensure I have understand correctly (I mishear a lot). In addition, a member of staff (Faz) has provided an outstanding service by patiently going through my future appointments, organising a fit note and also took the time to follow up on her next shift to ensure I received the information I required, nothing was too much trouble for her. Faz is an absolute credit to Fatima Health Centre, many thanks.

Tried 4 times to speak to a receptionist over 3 separate days, simply no answer of the phone over 10 minutes waiting. I will be changing my GP practice.
