Waitrose & Partners Evesham

My husband and I have come to the cafe for 3 weeks and on every occasion they haven't had oat milk. Today we came ordered and not only no oat milk but no cutlery came with our food even though my husband had put it on the tray and the young lady said she would bring it out.

The security guard followed me round the shop as I don't shop there I personally would never go that again and it's far too expensive wrong end of town to put it. it should of been an aldiI was made to feel id done something wrong when I knew I hadn'tI really wount shop there any more. The staff was lovely and pollite it was just the security guard that's out me off sorry waitrose

My usual Waitrose store is Great Malvern, but I am trying to find a book which I know Waitrose stocks (albeit not Great Malvern). I tried phoning Evesham on the general number but as I was on hold for 25 minutes had to abandon the call! Perhaps I shall try a book shop next time.

Some of staff have a bit of an attitude. I would have given one star but some are nice which is unfair. Kindly note if you don’t like people and are generally miserable please don’t get a job where you actually have to work with people every day.

Great store, good size so plenty of room to mooch! Super quality food with lots of choice.

Very surprised to see staff in blouses and skirts whilst doing manual work. Sexist employers just interested in the look. Cafe was closed which was very disappointing. No information about when it would open, not even online.

Went in today for a few bits, we decided to do self check out. I know this can be hit and miss and they can be sensitive! My husband made the mistake of putting our bag on the machine. Before we could sort ourselves out the female assistant had nudged me over with her arm across my face with her card of power mumbling at us. This happened a few times and each time her card of power appeared without request in our faces and her mumbling at us. She accused us of not scanning an item and made us feel stupid and as if we were taking an unscanned item, she told us to go over to a cashier to do our shopping, waving her arms about at this point her rudeness got the better of me and I found myself complaining out loud, which I never do. I then watched her complain about us near another customer. Firstly at no point were we given the opportunity to request her help, which we are capable of but to be made to feel like we were rude customers really made my blood boil! I hope never to see that assistant again, she definitely needs some customer care relations training or another job! Unfortunately I didn't get her name as I would of made a formal complaint.

Very rude young boy behind the cigarette counter today, he could do with some training in customer service. Not what I expect from Waitrose standards…
