I have always wanted a particular poodle cut for my dog Dolly! I have not found a groomer yet who could do it .now we have the super talented & experienced Ria & her beautiful new Pet club right on our doorstep.i took Dolly along ,left her very happily to be pampered (it included) a blueberry facial ! I returned 2 hrs later & I was delighted with the cut that Ria had done .i can highly recommend the Pet Club .Thank you so much .

We have used the pet club for 2 and a half years and each time we drop/ collect our dog the service is polite professional and personable. The cut of our dog is beautiful and is complemented by others. Ria is extremely gentle and kind with all the dogs she grooms and we cannot fault her. We have recommended her to many of our friends and they also love her service.

Ria offers a caring and safe one-to-one service for her canine clients. We had to find a new groomer for our elderly shih tzu when our long standing one moved and were very nervous about this, but the level of attention Ria gave our dog to make her feel comfortable was amazing. The haircuts were always gorgeous too, I was always being stopped by small dog owners to ask where I had got her done! We now have a tiny new puppy who I feel confident will be given the best of care to ease him into regular grooming.

Our long-haired miniature dachshund Maurice LOVES his grooms at The Pet Club! He is so happy to be there and loves being pampered, he comes out every time looking fantastic and clearly well looked after! All the staff are so friendly - to us humans too!Thank you all!

After a poor experience with another groomer Ria took on grooming Poppy, the Shih Tzu. Ria not only made an anxious dog comfortable but also made her look fabulous with a really stylish cut. Ria is now the only groomer Poppy is happy with so we travel to East Moseley from Clapham Common. Poppy and I both highly recommend Ria.

What a wonderful salon. I immediately felt at ease, having brought Jess for the 1st time as our groomer of 5 years is on maternity leave. It’s always supaw important for me to find an easy, relatable connection when trusting someone with my dog, especially for the 1st time. On arrival, i knew after a 5 minute chat I’d made the right decision. Jess’ groom was perfect, exactly as I’d hoped it would be. So much so, I booked her in for her next 2 appointments this year, there and then. Thank you!. Highly recommended

Coockoo Bean, our Biewer Terrier, travelled 13000 km from SouthAfrica - Oliver Tambo to Doha to Gatwick to kennelling at Heathrow Animal Receiving Centre. She has the finest fur that knots. She becomes snappy and nasty when her fur is tangled. In South Africa she had a dreadful grooming experience - pooping like a water pistol out of terror. Her last groomer in Boskruin, Johannesburg calmed her down somewhat. On arriving in East Molesey I procrastinated and Coo’s fur grew to tangle - length before I secured a Pet Club appointment. I was stressed myself in a new country and Ria proved to be the kindest and most welcoming human, whist dealing with traumatised COO professionally and kindly. Coos styling has, in her 8 year life, never looked so beautiful - eliciting compliments wherever she goes! Happily we have made it to a regular appointment schedule. I love my entertaining exchanges with Ria and appreciate the fact that she is willing to dash to the car to drop COO through the car window when we have parking challenges. Highly recommended!

I started using the pet club 3 grooms ago for my wiggly clingy Cockapoo.The staff were supportive, professional and reassuring.They listen to my requests and did a great job. The last time we went Bella couldn’t wait to go in. That is all the review I need.Thank you for taking care of my fur baby so well.

We've tried quite a few groomers over the years for our 6 year old Giant Schnauzer. After seeing the Pet Club open nearby in Hampton Court last year we thought we'd give it a try and we're so glad we did. Ria is brilliant with our Schnauzer and she pulls me in through the door every time with excitement to see her.Ria's able to strike a balance between a breed-standard groom and something that stands up well to a dog who loves to swim and play. We must've had 10+ grooms now at Pet Club and we're happy to be loyal customers and look forward to seeing the business go from strength to strength.Prices are very competitive, Ria is super reliable with good appointment availability and a lovely person to talk to. Highly recommend.

Wonderful grooming experience for my mini schnauzer, who had had a very distressing grooming experience prior to this which resulted in her getting stress colitis and having to have a course of antibiotics. This was the first time that she had been cut with a very sympathetic 'schnauzer 'cut. The groomer is very respectful of what the owner wants for their dog and in the care of the dog. I would highly recommend The Pet Club.
