Sam Blunt Bespoke Butchering

Sam delivers a first class service from start to finish, he has a passion for detail to get the best from a carcase. We will definatly be using him for the forseable future in the cutting and packaging of our Ruby red cattle, suppling both to our local pubs, and the public with beef boxes.

We use Sam Blunt Butchery for our pigs, we have some done every month and supply pubs and households so have quite a variety of different cuts etc. Sam does a fantastic job, the pork is packaged really well, cut fantastically and he always does what you ask him to do. We've had fantastic feed back from all our customers on the presentation and how its cut. We cant recommended Sam highly enough, great services for farmers!
