This company has stolen photos of my bedroom and listed it on their website to advertise my bed. I did not purchase my bed from them, I designed it myself (I still have the design drawings) and I had it made by another company. I have never given them permission to use my private photos of my home to display on their website. If they were a reputable company they would use their own genuine customer images rather than stealing other peoples work. I am the photographer of the photo in question, and therefore the copyright owner. Not only is it copyright theft, it is false advertisement. I have tried to reach out to this company by phone, email, Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp, but they don’t answer phone calls have have ignored every message sent. They have also blocked me on Instagram and WhatsApp now, so have clearly seen my polite requests. My only option now is to take legal action. Luckily I have proof of how much I typically charge to licence that image, and I am a qualified solicitor with experience in intellectual property! If they would rather be sued than simply delete a photograph that doesn’t belong to them and doesn’t contain their products, I can only imagine how they treat their customers.

Ordered my bespoke bed from house of bling, we had a slight issue with the mirrors being wrong size, but house of bling were absolutely amazing took the mirrors back and had them redone for us within 5 days, they made the process so simple I’m thrilled with the bed and the customer service was exceptional.

Absolutely amazing experience, house of bling came out measured my room for our bed and mirrors, excellent service and we are over the moon with the bedroom. Quality is excellent.

Delivery was quick and quality of the bed seems good but I have been trying to contact them since March with no luck as my bed arrived with a black mark on the suede. I have tried contacting them via whatsapp, email, leaving voicemails, instagram and now facebook messenger and not even an acknowledgement. Customer service is poor and wouldn't order from them again.

Happy with my tv bed which arrived earlier this week, delivery was made within 3 weeks, easy to assemble and nice looking bed.

Please listen too all negative reviews as I can personally confirm they are completely true. The company are complete liars and will say anything to get out of any mistakes they have made. We ordered a sofa and it came in the wrong colour but they had the front to tell me it was correct even though I had a swatch and could prove they were differnt colours. The size of the sofa cusions doesn't match the base and looks terrible but they gas light you to look like you just want money off or a refund, etcThe company has dissolved another company in a similar name, director is the same person so if this is to avoid complaints or tax I don't know but huge red flag. The girl on the phone is probably the rudest person I have ever spoken to and left me in tears. Thoroughly disappointed with the sofa and the service. I think the fact they dont have more negative reviews is because they threaten court action if you dare say anything negative. I have enough evidence not to care and people deserve to to be scammed.I will be doing a full review with further information and documentation on social media shortly to confirm my review is completely accurate.Also seems they are paying for postive reviews.Update to HOBs response - No inaccurate information posted.It seems that all your negative reviews are from 'bitter' people that are just trying to 'tarnish' your company - and you have even exposed yourself by admitting you have negative reviews removed.I am saddened to read you are opening another showroom as your buisness does not deserve any success.We are not bitter we are disgusted with the product we have received and the absolutely disgusting service.

Received our cinema sofa without cup holders. Despite paying extra for these. They offered to refund me, then completely ignored me and no refund. Now I’ve been blocked on their social media pages.Very disappointing as just wanted a refund on what I didn’t receive.Such a shame as the actual sofa is amazing and communication had also been very good up until I confirmed I wanted a refund. Can’t thank hob enough, went above and beyond for us, they installed our cinema room fromThe panneling to the cinema sofas excellent quality and the team were very efficient, extremely friendly and helpful and all the family love our new cinema room, great price too.
