Safestyle Swindon

After a bad experience with safestyle over 10 years ago who installed windows in our previous house i wasn't going to use the company again. It was my partner that said that everyone deserves a second chance, so we chose to get Safestyle to install new windows and a back door after Errol (Safestyles rep) came round and knowledgeably quoted us for them in our new property.I must admit i was still a bit sceptical as to weather the job would be done to satisfaction and was pleasantly surprised with the outcome.The team of fitters were a husband and wife team (can't remember their names, really sorry) who were very tidy and respectful of our property, very friendly and had time for a chat here and there. They came and fitted our windows in the first instance and a few weeks later we decided to have a back door fitted as well and were so pleased with what the husband and wife team did that we asked for them to come back to fit the door if it was possible.We were extremely happy when our wish was granted and they came to install the door.We now have years of joy to come when looking at our new Georgian style windows.We are so glad that we chose Safestyle and will highly recommend them to all our friends and family,Thank you SafestyleJulia Clark

Excellent service. The initial meeting and quote was very quick and simple, and the price much lower than others we received. The 2 guys doing the installation were friendly, quick and the work and finish is immaculate. Would highly recommend them to anyone

Shoddy from start to finish. I should have cancelled them when they couldn’t even show up three times to give me a quote but I was hoping that was a one off. The order was placed and from the minute the fitters arrived destruction ensued. They might as well have pulled my existing windows out with a bulldozer. The fitters were in such a hurry they left without even checking our front door locked! Which it didn’t! So we needed a midnight locksmith on day one! Since then we have had numerous issues, we need to replaster around our door as they left gaps you could fit your hand in, just filled with caulk that is still soft (four months later) we have had windows that don’t open, windows that don’t shut and numerous missed service calls. In summary the product is shoddy and the service even worse! Windows that are only four months old should just open and close with no issues. These I have to fight with. Honestly I am exploring how I can return them because I have no confidence they can fix them! Neither their service or products are fit for purpose.

I dont know how safestyle can call themselves number one uk double glazing company, maybe the number 1 is the amount of stars they get for the work they do. I have now phoned them 5 times to get the door handle fixed as it broke off while locking it, they have given us so many excuses from waiting for parts to no part available and waiting for one to come from somewhere else to now saying they need photos to review the handle as it may be third party damage, the handle us on the inside so looks like they are trying to blame us for breaking it, they then said send the photos by email and call back in an hour as we are here till 6pm knowing they are only there till 4pm this week. I don't get why they are asking us to send photos now and not three months ago when we first called, when I asked them that she just said I cant answer that sorry" .Their after care is non existent they just take the money and goodbye"

Beware: Great sales team until they have your money. They find it acceptable to make you wait up to 45mins if you have a query. Then you find the person you need to deal with your installation is out. They give you a direct line that doesn't connect. Very poor 'customer service' department. Local branch don't care either after they have made a sale.

Had a message 40 minutes before the appointment asking us to confirm appointment afte this was already confirmed the day before. Then said they can't do that time anymore. (On a Saturday cancelled our plans for it).Not a great start.

All windows and doors done now. Good price and service. Any problems eventually sorted. Saying that it has been a bit hit and miss with the guys who fit the windows. Some don't care. Get them in as quick as they can and off. It gets sorted when you have to call them with a problem and they send a guy to who knows what he is doing to sort it out. Not sure if you pay more with another company if you'd get better windows and care with installing them. My tip would be don't get too many done in one go. See if you are happy with quality and fitting.

Great customer service, bit of an issue missing the initial instillation date but they pulled out all the stops to make it right and you can't ask more than that. Professional friendly and quick workman who did a fab job, windows have lived up to our lofty expectations. Very happy customers.

I recently had two windows replaced, which were almost identical to theoriginal ones. The fitters arrived on time and were extremely swift installing them and made very little mess. An excellent job and I wouldrecommend Safestyle as their price is reasonably competitive.

I've just had two doors fitted by safestyle and I have to say it was a very easy and professional experience. Communication was excellent, the price was right and it didn't feel as salesy as other companies had been. I'd thoroughly recommend the products and service.
