If I could give 0 stars, I would have done so. I approached them for a family matter, was assigned a solicitor, she took all evidences from me and never called back. I chased her for 4 good months, sending emails, she never responded. Called their office, kept hearing she would call you back. Very unprofessional team. Never seen such in my entire life. Kindly check firm's reviews before approaching them. If I had done so, I wouldn't be left hanging in the balance. KINDLY AVOID THIS LAW FIRM LIKE A PLAGUE

Called multiple times. The person on reception first told me to call back at an abstract time and then when I called back hung up on me. Pretty rude and unprofessional.

There girl who dealt with me was lovely n sweet but I needed a lion! Someone to fight for my case... to which they were no help.... I ended up representing myself (thats how awful they were) and won. They had the cheeck after I won my housing case to ask for emails and proof that I won so they could have it.... I guess they wanted to act as if they had helped or sorted things for their personal gain.... oh please! Do better!

Solicitor couldn't make it on the day of my court case hearing and got replaced by another who had only 10 minutes to go through the whole case with me which led me being convicted. I would avoid this firm they were very casual in responding to me and they made me talk to an assistant in the 3 weeks i was corresponding with them and had no contact with the solicitor who was meant to represent me.None of my evidence was put forward to the judge and my new solicitor who had 10 minutes with me had to improvise.I emailed them to tell them that they had let me down and i got a lousy sorry in response.

Dianne Cowie, the worst solicitor ever, she does not listen, talks over you, if you are up against Croydon council she sides with them as she knows them very well, I won my case once I got rid of her, and joined a brilliant solicitor, Hodge Jones and alan

Very poor service provided by Caroline Roche.She charged 11000out of my Dad's Estate without any prior notice and she is not forthcoming with me.She is not a Good and Honest lawyer. She has made my life hellI would never recommend Duncan Lewis.Only Samantha Who use to work for this firm.she was excellent. It is a pity she left

Absolutely abysmal. They withhold evidence from the other party thereby weakening your position in court. They contact the court directly in an attempt to remove evidence without the other party being copied on the communications. They encourage false accusations of domestic violence in order to qualify for legal aid. And even worse, they send solicitors to court who quote family law legislation Word for word" which simply doesn't exist leaving the opposing barrister to make them look absolutely ridiculous.
