Late by 10 mins due to stand still on motorway and yes we did leave early to try and avoid this! Time allocated for a test is 2 hours, so why being 10 mins late be a problem.....the answer I got was we don't want you to rush the test and fail lol well I paid for the test so if I rush and fail that's my problem...still would have had plenty of time to do the test and it wouldn't have been rushed!!! Money grabbers. Also old blonde lady on reception very stuck up.

Awful. Closed but didn't let me know before my test. Nobody to talk to on the phone, worst experience for a long time. Book your test somewhere else if you can

Woman on desk with grey hair had a disgusting attitude! , I had just driven from Skegness leaving plenty of planned time and got caught in traffic (I was 10min late) asked for my name and made a quick glance , clearly not searching for anything and then I quote she said “it’s your fault your late”. Will be calling to make a complaint. Would not recommend a test from here with such poor attitude.
