Excellent - highly recommendI have had both my eyeliner and eye brows done 3 times over the years, all by very expert practitioners but I found that Silva has demonstrated a level of aesthetic ability as well as maintaining very high standards that surpasses my earlier experiences. Whilst it is not a pain free procedure her pragmatic approach to reapplying anaesthetic as areas becomes more sensitive made it easier to tolerate this time, and the healing was really quick as well. All worthwhile when you see the results – I have already passed on her details to a friend.

I came to get permanent eyeliner done after a personal recommendation.From the very start Silva was thoroughly professional, and her warm, calm approach put me at ease.She took plenty of time to answer any questions ahead of the treatment, and we went through lots of photos to get a sense of what the finished result might look like for my eye shape. She also carefully outlined her planned design on my eyes in pencil, so I could check that I was happy with it before we went ahead with the permanent versionI was very glad of the anaesthetic cream used, and Silva was careful to monitor my comfort levels - always applying more if needed. I won't lie; it was not a comfortable experience, but it was bearable and we took a break whenever needed.Silva was very thorough with details on aftercare. The healing took a little while, and then once it had fully healed I came back for the second appointment (part of the original fee), where we touched up and adjusted to make further improvements.I would highly recommend Silva. She takes plenty of time, she is great at keeping you informed throughout the process, the studio is spotless and her fees are more than justified by the attention to detail and the brilliant results.If you're worried about having the treatment so close to your eyes, please don't - you are in very safe hands. If you would like a treatment like this done, you'll be in no better place.

Silva is a very professional therapist & a complete perfectionist. She takes great care to ensure the end result is satisfactory - both to the client & to her as her reputation is very important. She is really friendly & warm & does not rush her clients - she takes whatever time it needs.

This lady performs an illegal procedure with an acid that burns your skin and causes permanent damage to the hair in your brows and lies by telling you it's safe and a reliable solution, it's called Rejuvi and it's banned however she performed eyebrow tattoo removal using it and after a lot of redness for 10 months and infection I was left with no eyebrow hairs and I was left with scars. The procedure isn't supported anywhere else. The only method is laser or saline not ACID. I am trying to correct the damage, I contacted her but she ignored me. So leaving this review here to save you from this Rejuvi procedure that ruined my face.Of course I am a customer and you applied the rejuvi on my yellow inked eyebrows after I asked you if it's safe. I even still have Google conversations with you. And contacted you few times on the phone number you were talking to me and you stopped replying Ms Silva.

She is excellent at choosing the correct colours (although you make the final choice) and her shaping is wonderful.
