I went here just to get the bottom of my dress shortened and my straps shortened as well. And I received it like this.

If I could give no rating I would! This business is so unethical in their practices! Do not order anything from here as they will sell you a dream and spoil your dream. We ordered wedding dress in February it's August there is no dress! The bridesmaid dresses that where meant to be made to measure have been brought from a website based in Turkey and do not fit as they are not made to measure of which we ordered 1st week of April! I've raised complaint with action fraud about this company as its fraud and they don't want to offer us a refund! Do not order from here you will regret it! Under consumer law we are entitled to a refund!

May be the best bridal boutique in London I have ever seen. They have the most beautiful dresses and each dress is a unique design. Also, the staff are very attentive, friendly and helpful. I am very pleased with them and recommend to everyone who want high quality dress.

Nice ladies in there but did not do a good job of altering my daughters prom dress. Bits of cotton hanging and wonky. Also they forgot to alter her straps which I paid for. I just wish I had double checked before I left the shop!

Took my deposit 10 months before my wedding and sold my dress one month before the big day and then gaslit me that they have the same one but it wasn’t similar at all. I attached the two photo of original and second one. It was a disaster of going back and forth one month before my wedding. They ruined everything. I was crying and almost had a heart attack. I has to start shopping all over again. At the end, I got a dress from somewhere else that I didn’t like just to make my wedding happen. They refuse to give back the deposit because they say the second dress is so similar to mine. Please have a look in the attached photos and decide if it’s similar.

She was so horrible wouldn’t pick up her phone took all the money and refused to do alterations or steaming literally telling me she is in turkey and there’s nothing she can do about it yet she took all my money…. Absolutely horrible lady I would say don’t believe anything that comes out of her mouth make sure u have a written contract if u ever use her service but please don’t the stress for a bride is not worth it….
