I have made a huge mistake by coming here. I was very sceptical at the start because Bethan didn’t have many good reviews and there were many other Osteopaths that did. I rue going just because it was the closest clinic to my house. I called her and asked whether she deals with wrist clicking as it didn’t state it anywhere on her website, she said she does. I went their due to constant wrist clicking and shoulder clicking and after the appointment there was absolutely no improvement, in fact I felt that it got even worse as my right wrist and both shoulders started clicking even more and there was a pain on the shoulders as well which made a springy sound when I moved it. I felt like there was no clarity or reassurance given regarding what the appointment will do to ensure the clicking stops as well as a plan of action of what to do next and when it will get better. I had to literally ask her to give me exercises for the wrist. At the end of the day the final judgement and review is based upon whether the problem is solved and unfortunately the problem has not been solved, but has gotten even worse. I am disappointed In Myself for coming here as I have wasted a good £49. I am now looking to go elsewhere.

Beth is a miracle worker. She helped my husband with a horrific shoulder injury that GP physio had failed with. He was told he wouldn't work again for 18 months, but with intensive sessions he was not only pain free in less than a year, but also back to work sooner than 18 months. As well as physically fixing his injury, she showed compassion when he was at a very low point in his life. She also assisted with my twisted spine caused by pregnancy and again released a trapped sciatic nerve during my second pregnancy. We would never use anyone else, Beth is friendly, professional and never makes you feel pressured into booking sessions. She cares about the welfare of her clients, and not about the money they bring in. She really is a gem!

I have been going to Bethan due to knee issue sustained by football. I have had 5 sessions and she is a miracle worker, very professional and overall just a really nice person. Would highly recommend her to anyone looking for help with a persistent injury or pain. I thought my knee was just down to getting older but even in such a short time she has managed to make it so much better. So to sum all this up - amazing!

After having seen many different practitioners over the last few decades I have been with Bethan for over 7 years now as she can treat me as a whole and no need for the extra treatments e.g. deep tissue massage that I have always had to have in the past. I see her every other week as I have hypermobility and need regular treatment for sore joints and the knock on effects of these on my body. I'm not sure quite how to put into words what a difference she makes to my general wellbeing. She manages to keep my main issues under control, has cured me of many different varieties of tendonitis including a bad case of achilles tendonitis along with plantar fascitiis and has continued to provide such invaluable treatment that I am the most active and pain free than I have been for years. She is extremely thorough alongside a very caring and understanding nature - you can see that she does this job as she is so invested in helping her clients with their pain and issues. Her experience as a sports therapist has also been widely used for treating both my sons over the years, managing to sort their injuries as well as other issues. As a family we would all be lost without her and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Thank you Bethan!

In fifteen years of high-level rugby, I have seen a range of medical practitioners for treatment of both acute injuries and chronic conditions, and I would not hesitate to recommend Bethan as the very best of them. Bethan always takes the time to understand the cause of the problem and to understand what outcome I am aiming for, before explaining clearly how she will approach this, in a calm and reassuring manner.Bethan's treatments have always been effective and are also very reasonably priced. Unlike with some practitioners, I never feel pushed into treatment sessions that I may not necessarily need.

I have been being treated by Bethan for five years now. She has helped me improve mobility and reduce pain from a back problem, to rehab from a knee injury, and has supported me through the decision to undergo a knee operation and the rehab following that. As a result I am in far less pain and much more mobile than I was five years ago, and back to doing and enjoying regular exercise without worrying about doing damage or increasing pain. I have always found Bethan to be very knowledgeable and capable, and she can point me towards the causes of my aches and pains so that I can take action to reduce them, as well as relieving them through treatment. I have been having treatment with Bethan for 16 years now and highly recommend her. Bethan has gone above and beyond for me over the years, she has helped me with back injury, whilst I was having chemo, both my pregnancies, my arthritis and following back surgery, all of which I have suffered/suffer significant problems with. Bethan has always been at the end of the phone for me when I have needed advice or fits me as soon as she can when i have hurt my back or having an arthritis flare up. She is an outstanding osteopath with a wide range of experience and has personally helped me thought a ruptured ACL, acute neck injury as well as problems with my knees and feet. Since seeing her regularly I have got my body back pain free. She is a brilliant osteo and I thoroughly recommend a visit no matter how small or big your pain she has magic hands! Have recommended to many others including my mum, Granny and sister.
