First time using Space and they are brilliant. Chris carried out the work on our boiler and he was incredible, successfully identifying the problem with our 8 year old boiler immediately. Despite the boiler being serviced annually no one else had managed to identify the issue. Chris completely stripped down the boiler, and cleaned the complete condenser system. 2 hours later we had a boiler that was finally doing what it should do. Silent running, powerful and above all not cutting out at regular intervals.Highly recommended, by far the best I've ever used ...and to boot the receptionist who took my initial phone call (Fouzia) was excellent as well, asking all the right questions. I own a rental property locally and for many years have used Space for safety checks, servicing and maintenance. They have always been reliable – turned up on time, carried out the work efficiently, left the place clean and tidy, and made sensible recommendations about what is and isn’t necessary.A couple of weeks ago at 8pm on a Saturday night I received a panicked phone call from my 80 year old dad whose boiler had suddenly stopped working – leaving him with no heating or hot water. He has a British Gas homecare plan, but after over an hour of trying to get through to them I finally established that they were unable to send an engineer for six weeks! I contacted Space, who were with Dad within the hour, and had the boiler up and running again shortly afterwards.I honestly can’t fault the Space team in any way whatsoever.

We have used Space Heating many times over a number of years. Jobs have ranged from routine servicing and minor boiler repairs, through to full bathroom installation. On every occasion the Space team have been very helpful, responsive and professional, whilst offering good value. Thoroughly recommended - I wish all businesses were like them!

Space heating have got us out of many fixes! Most recently came out on Saturday night and fixed the shower I had “tried” to repair myself. They were swift efficient and had sorted out my mess within 30 minutes! Really nice engineers and always do a great job

After a fault developed in our 20 year old boiler (spotted by a Space Heating engineer when doing another job) we obtained quotes for a new system from Space Heating and another well-known national company. Space Heating took a lot more trouble to understand our requirements and came up with a much superior proposal. The result was a beautifully engineered installation.As a company they have an excellent vibe, and their engineers are skilled, committed, friendly and enthusiastic. They are also notably quick in responding to queries. I would very highly recommend them.

Thank you once again Spaceheating for going over and beyond what was required. Boiler heat exchanger and pump replaced. I had no heating in a couple of rooms and heat distribution was poor. Expectations managed realistically complemented by a fully competent team. Special shout out to Chris.Problem was identified quickly, solution provided and solved within a week of reaching out - that too in December!

My husband carried out extensive research into local companies that provide top end heating and hot water systems. Space were by far the most responsive and knowledgeable. We were impressed from the outset. The excellent service continued throughout the entire process with the systems being installed seamlessly and the plumbers onsite were courteous, professional and genuinely nice guys. We would highly recommend Space to all our family and friends and would be willing to act as a reference for future customers. We will be using Space for all our future heating and plumbing needs.

We have been using Space Heating for more than 10 years to maintain our boiler/heating system. The have recently replaced all our radiators with new modern, more efficient ones. Their team of technicians/fitters are skilled professionals, who are polite and tidy. The work was complete on time and within our budget. We trust them and highly recommend them.

Earlier this week the stopcock in the water tank in my loft suddenly died and water started overflowing and pouring through the ceiling into several parts of the house. It was awful. My regular plumber was ill and he suggested I try Space Heating Ltd. They were really helpful; sent a plumber over within two hours of my call, who was very professional and efficient; went to get required parts, and fixed the problem. All we have to do now is let the house dry out! This was my first experience with this company but I give them 10/10 from the moment I called. Their pricing is also in the sensible range.

I can’t praise these people enough. Their wonderful office staff Lisa and Phoebe gave us good honest advice from the start. Dave and his team did a fantastic job installing our new boiler in just a day, and were really friendly, courteous and helpful. They were really professional engineers and knew what they were doing, and they even customised the boiler’s performance to our house and connected it to our smart thermostat. Dave even gave us good advice on how to save money through more efficient heating practices. Left everything neat and tidy and in perfect condition. Very straightforward quote and payment process, and a responsive and friendly office team. I’ll be using their services in future and recommending them!
