The service that I have received has been excellent. I was talked through every stage of the procedure in a very professional, yet caring manner. For someone who is rather nervous about visits to a dental practice, this was very reassuring. I felt that I was in safe hands. As for the denture... it is a perfect fit.

A visit to the Dentist usually makes you cringe, but not at smile and shine.My Dentist Bhavika always put you at ease with a warm welcome and a pleasant smile.The front of house staff also does the same with a warm and pleasant smile and are always helpful in trying to find an appointment to suit.Ian.

This is the best experience I have ever received from a dentist practice. All the staff here are friendly, supportive and honest, not to mention the treatments I have recieved have been outstanding. I'm so grateful to smile and shine! I was previously with another private practice in newbury, I felt undermined and my treatments were rushed and not explained to me. Here at smile and shine they just automatically knew what I wanted and needed. They spent time with me without rushing me through and gave me hope for my teeth like no other dentist has before. My first experience of smile'nshine since moving to the area and transferring my Denplan policy was great. Reception is polite, helpful and efficient. The appointment was punctual. My treatment (routine scale and polish) was comfortable but very thorough. I felt welcome and safe. Definitely recommend.
