Needing a one night stay en route to Poole. Reviews seemed good and did not match reality. Awful access road to what appeared to be a residential site for some quite old caravans. Friendly greeting and a level pitch. Toilets etc more than acceptable. The “locals” were friendly enough. But .. locals who are resident start going to work at 5am, usually leaving their engines running and radios on whilst they visit the toilet. This was repeated over the next three hours sometimes involving conversation !This most negative experience was compounded by a nightly fee of £25 plus £10 for electric. To be avoided honestly .. and I do normally write extremely positive reviews.

Had trouble with the car, called the site late Friday night and the lovely owners allowed us to arrive late, the locals living onsite were so kind and very helpful, had some laughs and lovely campers next to us, Thank you all so much for making a bad situation better…. Toilets are very clean, will be visiting again, value for money…

Good place for a weekend or short break. Clean toilets and nice facilities. Very near lots of local attractions not to mention city of Exeter.. Main road noise is always in the background and lack of evening sun in lower pitches.

The owners of this caravan park is racist. We have had information to say that family’s booked in and was turned away because they said they do not allow travellers, even thought this is the first time the said family has ever tried to visit the park. We all know that Hate and discrimination should not be FUNDED or EXCEPTED in our country.

Cracking little site, owner met us as we came in. Immaculate and warm toilet and shower block, washing up room and laundry room. Level well drained pitches for campervans. Nice little playground. Back gate takes you on 10/15 minute walk through quiet industrial estate to Crealey, avoiding the main road. Fab.

It's a lovely campsite with plenty of space to pitch up. The new amenity block is absolutely fabulous. Having a hot shower in a warm, spotless room gets my vote. The road nearby can be quite noisy if you are at the bottom part of the campsite and is busy all the time. The entry road to the site is becoming tired and shabby, which is a shame as it might put potential visitors off staying in such a great place.
