I booked in advance and the guy who arrived was polite and really helpful. Would 100% recommend as they were rapid and also really cheaply priced.Through no fault of their own they were 20 minutes later than what I arranged but was really apologetic and it was no issue.Customer service from start to finish with this company and as a customer I couldn't ask for more.

Highly recommended, from the initial phone call, quote to the safe delivery of my van at an affordable price was effortless. What had been a 4 week nightmare with a local van/car dealership in Plymouth (Not named as I will be going down the legal route). I broke down on day 1, work eventually sorted but the dealership also refused to pay for the recovery weeks later, the first was a gesture of good will" lol. I cannot speak highly enough of Rapid Car Recovery. Extremely good value, quick and friendly. On top of that, the owner Kieran, gave me some excellent free advice and actually ended up fixing my car for me at a fraction of the cost I was quoted at a garage.I would 100% recommend this company and now have the number firmly saved in my phone!!

Excellent service. I was stuck in Plymouth and was offered sound advice, rather than stinging me for £300 back home that night (due to needing a back-up driver). I was advised to wait until the morning for a £30 recovery to a local garage. Saved me over £100 through selfless advice from a top company.
