Went for drinks and dinner. The food was good but the venison was underwhelming. But the fish was so delicious I’m sure it’s more a matter of personal preference here. Service was impeccable, and we appreciate they went to a very loud table to ask them to be more quiet. It’s a very tiny space so it gets very noisy and crowded. On the expensive side but would come back still and try the duck which was out of stock!

UPDATE: Went back and still fantastic. Wonderful service, thanks to the waitress who got us our requested window table.... the whole experience was just perfect. Amazing food, relaxed vibe, perfect service and special atmosphere. It really is a lovely evening.I used to go here years ago and I’m pleased to say it’s just as good, may be even better than before. Such a buzzy atmosphere and the food is just fantastic. Brilliant service too. Going back soon!

I’m currently enjoying my time at this quaint wine bar/bistro on Endell Street in London, and it’s quickly becoming one of my favorite places in the city. The attention to detail here is evident in everything they do - from the food they serve to the impeccable service. It’s a small, intimate spot, not overrun by tourists, and thankfully, there’s no need for month-ahead reservations. The menu offers a delightful selection of English and European dishes, each perfectly complementing their excellent range of wines. The ambiance strikes the perfect balance between relaxed and sophisticated, creating a truly inviting atmosphere.Tonight, I had the pleasure of trying the venison from their dinner menu, and it was spectacular. Every dish here seems carefully crafted to enhance the wine-tasting experience. And for dessert, I chose the cheese selection - an exquisite array of all English cheeses that was simply divine. The staff here are attentive and knowledgeable, adding significantly to the overall wonderful experience.

I came here with a friend, and I must say the service was appalling. Our waiter was very rude. I ordered a coke because I do not drink alcohol and he was visibly annoyed at that. Then my friend arrived, and I was going to order another one but he said you have to order a glass of wine. Of course his tone wasn’t serious, he was joking, but it was still very bold for a waiter to say. Some of us don’t drink alcohol, be it for religious reasons or others. We were there for about 3 hours, our bill came to about £20. After a while, the waiter came by and shoved the card machine on the table, expecting us to pay. We said we wanted to calculate the split so he walked off in a huff and then came back a while later and we paid. He was obviously annoyed that we were ignoring his not-so-subtle attempts for us to leave.A while later he came back in a huff and said, ‘Girls if you want to stay here you need to order a glass of wine, you’ve been here for ages’. I said to him we’ve already spent money here and I kid you not he said, ‘you’ve spent £20 that’s nothing, the business isn’t going to survive on that’. What kind of business are you running here where a waiter is allowed to make such a stupid comment like that? Did he think that he could ‘shame’ us into spending money there?I would completely understand if there was someone outside waiting for our table but there wasn’t. We were costing this establishment nothing just by sitting there, nobody was waiting to come in a spend any more money. If your business is failing the onus is hardly on the customer to pay more, perhaps you should consider how to get more customers in the door or you should look to the service you’re providing. This waiter was such a bully and had aggressive vibes from the moment we arrived. We promptly left, there’s no reason for us to spend more of our money on such a place. Avoid this establishment.

This intimate bistro and wine bar, tucked away in the heart of Covent Garden, exudes a warm and inviting atmosphere that instantly charms. The cosy setting creates the perfect backdrop for a memorable evening. The service at 10 Cases was good and genuinely friendly, adding a personal touch to the experience. The selection of wines is noteworthy, offering a diverse range that caters to every palate. What truly elevated our visit was the addition of delectable snacks. We opted to share a basket of bread and butter, turning a delightful evening into an exceptional one. The simplicity and quality of the bread, paired with the friendly ambience and excellent wine, created a perfect symphony of flavours.Whether you're a wine connoisseur or simply seeking a cozy spot to unwind, this bistrot deserves every one of its five stars. Highly recommended!

Went for a lunch with a client; we were moved into the wine bar next door and we were the only ones in there - the waiter was amazing, he was friendly and engaged but also gave us space to chat, when we went to order he already had written it down. The food was delicious including vegan food, and one small error was swiftly and apologetically fixed. Wine was thoughtfully recommended and very tasty. A great meal and a very happy client.

Romantic, dimly lit date night spot for small to medium-sized plates paired with a large wine list.We had dinner at 8pm on a Thursday, and loved the ambiance. Most people were having their meal after work. There were mainly couples or small groups - no children. The dimly lit room made it a bit more intimate for a quiet evening dinner.Foodwise, we loved the burrata, the pasta, and the fish. To end, we nibbled on a cheese plate. You can pick your own cheese, or you can let them know what kinds of cheese you love and they'll surprise you!Wine wise, they had a good selection. We had several glasses. My favorite part of this bar is the decor. While it was pretty dark, I loved the quotes on the walls.

Probably the best wine restaurant in London. Wines are exceptional. But also the food is on point. Exactly what you expect from a real wine Bistrot. Staff is also top notch. Cool and super friendly. Great little sunny terrace as well which is rare in London.

This is probably the best place that I have ever been to have a great wine! The atmosphere was stunning and the customer service outstanding. Also the only place that you can stay long without being kicked out because of closing times.Absolutely loved it.Didn’t have any food but for sure will have next time.

A lovely French bistrot, never going wrong with the cheese & meat platter or the steak & frites, wine list is changing but always delivering!
