Following a number of weeks of consistent shoulder pain, I consulted Dr Andrew Morris at Healthy HQ, Southsea. Andy was warm, welcoming and thorough in his questioning about my shoulder issues. After clearly explaining his diagnosis, he began treatment and I attended several sessions which went a considerable way to eradicate the problem. Andy was always happy to answer my questions and I found him to be professional and personable at all times. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Andy to anyone who feels they may benefit from chiropractic treatment. His dedication, knowledge and genuine care make him an outstanding choice.

I have experienced long delays with NHS treatment & was having real problems with not just pains in my back, neck and hip, but the mobility got to the point where I could not get my shoes and socks on. At 71 a little voice says that this is where you are at, baby...But 7 or 8 sessions with the Magicians who go by the alias of Ryan and Andy at really reasonable rates have actually transformed my life. They had their work cut out with a body that has been through the wringer, but I have nothing but 100% praise for them. Andy explained everything, every step of the way & the improvement was quick and vast. They also happily explain how to keep myself up to scratch with simple exercises.Cannot recommend them enough.

Was referred by a friend. I have had 3 episodes of a trapped Sciatic Nerve in 10 years, with periodic pain in my buttocks and down the back of my legs.Andy assessed me and understood the symptoms quickly after an initial consultation with me. He then booked in a Report of Findings appointment. He went through the mechanics of my body and what was wrong with how I stand, my posture and how this was causing the pain and the flare ups.He identified a treatment plan, which I am now 4 weeks into. He has provided a letter for my employer to assist with obtaining equipment to assist my every day duties. He has given me recommendations for things I can do in my home life to prevent issues. Things are improving and my back seems less tight. I have experienced no Sciatic pain in the last week or so.The clinic is clean, tidy and fit for purpose. Andy's assistants are great at setting up new appointments, are very friendly and understanding when I have need to change an appointment. They also allow me to bring my son with me if needed.Andy is very professional and clearly knows what he is doing and obviously enjoys his work. He is courteous to my son when I have to take him with me. I am sure the other Chiropractors are just as good, but I feel I have a good rapport with Andy, so just keep my appointments with him.Onwards and upwards. Like most guys, I was putting up with back pain, but complaining to my (better) half that my back was aching all the time.She took it upon herself to book me in with Health HQ, and wow I’m glad she did!I was a little anxious at first, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I first learned at Health HQ whilst on Groupon looking for massage vouchers, because that’s the first place you think of going when you have back pain. But in reality that’s always a temporary solution and I knew it. Three years prior to my first visit I had fractured my ankle and torn fibula from playing rugby, never did physiotherapy for the injury and from a mile off you could tell my posture was not correct by the way I walked (as I always had a bounce). I also gym a lot too and every workout felt stiff! It also meant sore knees after every leg day, which isn’t normal, and I needed knee sleeves.A year has passed on now since beginning treatments with Andy. I am really glad I made that choice because now my body feels open, my everyday movements are more fluid and doing things feels comfortable and great. Most importantly no more sore knees at the gym, no need for knee sleeves, all while lifting double what I used to and I can run again without pains lol.Thank you Andy.

I was made aware of the clinic via a referral from a friend.My first consultation was so thorough, detailed, and very much about me and what my symptoms were.Alex explained that whilst the symptoms were apparent, the function and deep rooted cause needed to be solved and managed thus improving the symptoms and the discomfort I had.The physical assessment was amazing, he could see just by me standing in front of him where certain problematic areas were, which when highlighted, was amazing to become aware of.He has three wonderful anatomical/physiological laminates in each therapy room and he went through each one of them with a Sharpie and explained in so much detail WHY I was experiencing my symptoms and what the cause of them was.The clinic looks quite unassuming but you will get first class therapy that will quite literally change your posture and mindset.Alex and Team at the clinic are incredibly friendly and welcoming and once my actual treatment started (after the first session with my Report of Findings), it has made a difference already.Genuinely, this clinic is worth every penny, and I would recommend to anyone who needs to see a chiropractor.

I didn't know what to expect from a Chiropractor and I first saw Alex for my sciatica. Alex is really friendly and was really thorough in explaining the science behind what he was going to do and why. After just a few treatments I could really start to feel the difference, my posture is better, I went from sciatic pain that was limiting movement to the odd twinge. I have continued with regular treatments with Alex and even managed to wean off my pain killers for sciatica.I would recommend Alex to everyone

For years experiencing nerve pain throughout my shoulders and hands with constant pins and needles following a car accident. Been referred to so many people that had no impact on my situation.Have been with Andy Morris for a few months 3 times per week and to say the transformation has been amazing. The care and attention given together with advice has literally changed my life. Andy has helped me with some really tough pregnancy symptoms including back, hip and round ligament pain. Every time I leave an appointment I feel like so much better and look forward to my next treatment. He is incredibly knowledgeable about what is safe during pregnancy and I feel totally at ease (I am an incredibly nervous pregnant patient so this is a huge deal for me).
