@BioPure 3@Septic Tank StoreSummaryif you need a domestic sewage treatment plant, the BioPure 3 is worth a look. But don't go near the Septic Tank Store for installation and aftercare service.The Short VersionWe spent £12,000 getting a BioPure 3 domestic sewage plant installed by the Septic Tank Store.After 2 years of working really well, the alarm system failed, the tank then flooded, destroying the electrics, and the Septic Tank Store charged us £1,000 to fix it, without, at any point, showing any interest in finding out why the system that THEY recommended and supplied and installed had failed only 4 months after they had serviced it.The long version - see the screenshot!

Had a biopure system for a year now. The team at septic tank store were brilliant at installation, considerate and helpful. Couldn't be happier with service. Now had our one year service, all continues to be well.
