I cannot speak highly enough of this jeweler. I recently brought an engagement ring here and Amber helped me through the entire process. For a man who is quite clueless about these things, it was greatly appreciated! In the end, the team at David Mellor helped me find a beautiful ring at a great value for money (which even included a voucher for a free shellac manicure). I would not considor another jewler after expercing such proffesional and warm service.

I took in a badly damaged signet ring - my Dad's wedding ring as it happens - the team in Eastleigh are so friendly and helpful, very professional and a pleasure to do business with. The ring was fixed in their workroom, attached to the shop (and viewable from outside via a glass panel in the wall) and it looks brilliant. I requested that the engraved monogram was left as it was - and it was - while the rest was restored and polished beautifully.Also bought a lovely plain silver ring, I've been looking for one for ages. Will definitely go there again if looking for jewellery.

I recently inherited some jewellery so took it into the Eastleigh branch a couple of weeks ago. I spoke with Amy who was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in discussing what I could consider doing in terms of redesigning or resizing some of the items. I also part-exchanged some other pieces so that I could buy something more to my taste or put it towards a custom-made piece in the future. Today I collected my late grandmother's gorgeous diamond and platinum ring which was resized by the onsite team at an incredibly reasonable price. They also gave it a good clean and polish so that it now looks more beautiful than I've ever seen it. Thank you so much!

My husband bought me beautiful earrings from here for Christmas, they were very special. Sadly they fell apart within 6 months and he'd recently thrown out the receipt in a clearout. We went back to the shop and the member of staff at the checkout remembered him and even remembered when he'd come in, but said she couldn't find a record of it on the till and as he paid cash there's no bank record. They refused an exchange despite knowing they sold them to him within the last 6 months. Poor product, poor customer service. Very disappointed.

I popped into David Mellor Jewellers in Eastleigh at lunchtime today to get my gold necklace repaired and asked a member of staff if she could help me. I showed her my necklace and she said that it hadn't snapped so she took it and then came back in a couple of minutes with it fixed and she told me that was free of charge but if I wanted it soldered that would be £15 so I decided to have it soldered anyway. While I was waiting in store we had a chat and she said that she was from their Andover branch and she was covering for someone. I didn't get her name but she was a beautiful blonde pregnant Polish girl and she was so helpful towards me. Excellent customer service and I would definitely recommend David Mellor Jewellers in Eastleigh, from another satisfied customer.

Popped into the Eastleigh store to ask advice about damage I'd done to my silver thumb ring. Whilst showing it and chatting to the 2 lovely ladies, next minute it was re- shaped on the ring sizer tool and no charge.Superb customer service, I'll be choosing you everytime I need jewellery now.Thank you
